How Does The KEES Payment Plan Work? 1% Down Upon Booking + admin fees + travel insurance (if you decide to purchase it), 49% Remaining Balance due 30 days after booking, 50% Remaining Balance due 30 days before arrival. Exclusive Cabana Services are available at no additional charge for stays between 05/04/24 and 09/30/24. You'll receive easy-breezy beachside cabana and beach chair services during your stay. Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10 AM to 5 PM daily (except check-in day), weather permitting.
Please note, participating homes only. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services.
