NEW to KEES for 2022! Welcome to Sea Salt & Sand, a 6 bedroom, 5-and-1-half bath oceanside home in the beautiful community of Corolla Shores!

This house is currently under construction and the anticipated completion date is August 2022! This home will have a gorgeous custom heated pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, rec room, four En Suites, and two bedrooms with a full shared bathroom. Due to the house being under construction, bedding arrangements are subject to change, but occupancy levels will not change. Construction update pictures will be posted over the course of the house's progress so be sure to check back for recent updates!

This property has 6 parking spots for guests. *This home is currently under construction. Floor plans renderings, bedding configuration, and items shown are not guaranteed and are subject to change. However, occupancy limitations will not change.*

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. Heated Pools are heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. A pool heat fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival.**
