KEES Vacations COVID-19 Update:
Friday, March 20, 2020

A note for our guests: If your reservation is not within the next 14 days, please hold off calling Guest Services so we can help those traveling immediately. Thank you.

The KEES team continues to work diligently addressing all questions and requests from concerned travelers and owners.  Please know that all communication is important to us, however we must ask for patience and understanding during this time. Call volume is high; therefore, we encourage your communications through KEES’ online platforms and email.  Response is guaranteed within 24 hours.

At this time, guests unable to access their rental accommodations due to the restricted visitor access, ordered by Dare County on March 17, 2020, will be refunded if alternative dates and accommodations cannot be met.  There is no need to contact our team to initiate a refund.  Refunds will be issued on the scheduled departure date of your reservation with a receipt to follow.

The current access restriction is without a known end date, therefore only guests directly impacted by this access restriction will receive a refund. KEES will continue to monitor the situation and is prepared to adjust accordingly.

Reservations not directly affected by the current access restriction will be held to standard cancellation policies, with the exception that KEES is offering date modification options on reservations scheduled to arrive within 14 days.  We understand the planning needs for reservations of the future; therefore, we will continue to provide updates and communication as details evolve.

KEES continues to take seriously the preservation of our guests’ and employees’ wellbeing. We encourage all to follow the CDC recommendations of frequent hand washing, social distancing, and constant vigilance of the most current standards.

If you have questions or need to make arrangements according to the above mentions, please email Stay@keesouterbanks.com.

Stay well and stay informed.
