Overall our experience was very good. Kees Vacation is our favorite. The elevator was very helpful for my mom who could not navigate the stairs. There were a few issues which is expected in a rental. We had a relaxing early Christmas. We loved the 3 separate hang out areas as we had a large group, 4 families.

Location was great and house was perfect for our group. Our kids loved going to the pier to fish and playing football on the beach. Walkable to restaurants, which was great! Highly recommend going to Owen’s one night if you are staying here.

Our family absolutely loved staying here! The views were magnificent, the game room and theater provided entertainment. Our elderly parents appreciated the elevator, and so did we when we brought in groceries! We hope to return sometime!!

The keyless entry was great! We arrived later than some family and it was nice to give them the code and not have to fumble with keys. The house was perfect for our family get together, wish we could have stayed longer! It felt great to bring our families together in a beautiful home with the latest updated amenities. We all had our own space when we needed to retreat and the recreational area made it great to all be together. We can not wait to plan new stays year after year (and stay longer next time!)

The house and all its bedrooms were nice and spacious, and the view from the top floor is great. The house is well-equipped for hosting large numbers of guests and had enough of the basics provided (dishwasher tablets, dish soap, paper towels, etc) to cover a few days. Some appliances were a little dated - we had to buy bottled water, for example, due to not having a source for filtered drinking water in the house.
The pool was very nice. We paid to have it heated and were able to enjoy early morning swims at a very comfortable temperature.
