• Is it private? Is there going to be any additional cost to access?
  The Village Beach Club is private and only accessed by individual homeowners who pay for the service or KEES Hamilton Cay Reserve, Tides, and certain Cambridge Cove guests. There is no walk-in available.  Homes that have Village Beach Club program are allowed to access.  Each listing details if the service is included.  Find the list of homes with this amenity here. 
  
  
• Is there Parking? Is there a parking pass, how many spots can the guest use?
  To obtain a parking pass, please check in at the Beach Club. Each parking pass is $25 per car per day. Guests can be dropped off at the pool at no additional cost. 
  
  
• Hours for 2026 
  The Village Beach Club is open daily from 9am - 430pm, May 25, 2026, to September 7, 2026. More details to come for 2026 as new details are announced. 
  
  
• Can guests use this facility on check-in day Saturday while they wait for home to get ready?
  Yes! You can use the pool, go to the beach, grab some grub, and more!
  
  
• Are there any extra services or amenities?
  Yes there are free kids activity, cookouts and more! There are aerobics classes available for a fee. More details to come for 2026 soon.
