Ritzy Roost is located in Kill Devil Hills, just across the beach road only 394 feet to Clark Street beach access! It offers a King En Suite with a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. Not to mention, the En Suite also has access to the deck. There is a second bedroom with two Twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.
The living area has enough room for everyone to get comfortable for those movie nights after a long day at the beach! The owners have just purchased a new sleeper sofa, recliner, and accent chair to enhance your carefree vacation. Head outside on the deck from the living area and feel the salty breeze on your face and instantly feel relaxed.
The kitchen has everything needed for cooking for the whole group. But just in case you don't feel like cooking on vacation, you're in luck! Ritzy Roost is close to many amazing OBX restaurants such as JK's Restaurant, Jack Browns Beer & Burger Joint, Bonzer Shack, plus more!

**Private outdoor community pools are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
