Once you have submitted your order a KEES Vacations representative will confirm the availability of your rental equipment purchase and bill your account accordingly. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival and will be billed to the credit card on file. If you wish to make changes to your payment method, please contact our office today. Cancellations of rental equipment services may occur up to 72 hours prior to arrival with written notification. Cancellation penalties may apply. We remind all guests that tent and umbrella services are performed daily from 10AM- 5PM, weather permitting and setup services do NOT include Check In or Check Out days. If the wind is forecast to blow over 20 knots, we reserve the right not to set up the tent. Also, tents will not be set up during a thunderstorm. Services not performed due to weather will be subject to refund. Refunds are NOT available for the services are cut short due to weather. During the time of your rental you will be liable for condition and security of all equipment. If damage or theft occurs you will be held financially liable for items.
