This beautiful home is conveniently located across the street from the Currituck Sound in the beautiful Monterey Shores Neighborhood. It is less than a mile from the beach. The layout of the house has plenty of space for up to nine guests. The sun-filled great room and dining area are perfect for family gatherings. The expansive deck access and a private heated pool make the Holiday House a perfect vacation spot. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Timbuck II Shopping Village, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions to explore.

The private pool, with an optional heater, is surrounded by comfy new lounge chairs and a dining set, perfect for enjoying meals outside. There’s also an outdoor pool bathroom with a shower, making it super convenient to rinse off after a swim.

On the first level, you will find an expansive King En Suite. Being the only room on this level, whoever stays in this bedroom will have tremendous privacy and comfort.

Walk up to the second level to get to the other bedrooms. There are two Queen Bedrooms, one with deck access, a full shared bathroom and another King En Suite also with deck access. You will also find a bonus room which has a day bed for another sleep option. You will love the modern furniture and beachy decor throughout this home.

The third level is where you will find yourself hanging out the most. Up here is an expansive living space with a lovely sectional couch that includes a Queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding options, as well as a flat screen TV. The large kitchen will allow for great meals to be prepared and there are two options for dining tables. For those who like to talk to the chefs in the kitchen, they will enjoy the bar seating. Venture up to the Crows Nest on this level where you will find a second cozy seating area. There is also a half bathroom on this level for easy access.

For added flexibility, the home offers multiple additional sleeping options, including a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living room, another in the loft, and a daybed in the bonus room. These extra beds make it easy to accommodate larger groups or provide comfortable space for guests. For the one in the group who stays up late reading a good book, you will likely find them up in the fourth level loft with the Queen Sofa Bed.

Beyond the comforts of the home, guests can enjoy the upscale amenities of the Monteray Shores community. Take a refreshing swim in the community pool, play a game of tennis or basketball, or let the kids enjoy the playground. The community pool is available from 9AM until 6PM from the Saturday before Memorial Day until the Sunday after Labor Day. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the boat ramp and scenic soundside trails that lead to Whalehead in Historic Corolla. Whether you want to stay active, have fun, or simply relax, Monteray Shores offers something for everyone. Guests can reserve access to community amenities for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option and enjoy warm, relaxing swims. A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Check-in begins at 4 pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-out is at 10 am.
