First time in OBX, couldnt have asked for a better house, the view was perfect. Street was quiet with easy access to the beach. House layout works out great for multiple family’s. If you are coming to Kitty Hawk, definitely think about staying here.

The house was great and in a great location. Within a 5 minute walk to the beach and some local venues where you can sit outside and enjoy some drinks with music. The pool and the jacuzzi were also a great addition to the good times.

Wonderful vacation house in a great location. The view of the ocean and the sky was perfect. Watching the sun rise every morning was amazing. There was ample space for us and our dogs. Inside was very clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay in Kittyhawk. The home is a block from the beach access, an easy, quick walk. The views of the ocean from the back deck was great as you can see the ocean clearly over the tops of the other houses. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The houses was very clean and well kept up.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It was extremely close to the beach, clean, and comfortable for our big group. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, pots and pans so we were able to have some dinners in. The pool and hot tub were also well maintained. The host was very dog friendly and allowed us to bring our 4 dogs (for an extra fee). They also provided a high chair and baby gate for our baby. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay in Kittyhawk. The home is a block from the beach access, an easy, quick walk. It was a great stay at this location. We were a family of three, a dog, and my two in-laws and it was plenty of space and then some. They left us clean towel sets wrapped in plastic which felt safe and clean and the beds and kitchen were also clean and spotless for us. While it was too cold for the pool, the hot tub was fantastic. It was convenient to get to a lot of the sights-30 mins to the departure spot for wild horse tours, 30 mins to Roanoke Island, 15 mins to Wright Brothers, 1.5 hours to Hatteras etc. The beach is literally also right there. Kees sent us recommendations for restaurants and sights which were helpful. We were able to try three of the restaurant recommendations and they were all good. All in all very satisfied with our stay!

Family vacation 2023
Our family meets up every two years to enjoy time together. We love the OBX. This house was very clean, close to the beach, and perfect for the three families to enjoy together. Pet friendly, good house flow to rooms. Pool and hot tub were welcoming when we were not at the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again in 2 years!

Great Location
This house is a great location. It was so close to beach and the pool was perfect for the kids to swim in the evening. It was a great size for my family of 7. The only thing was that check-in was at 4 and the cleaning people were still there at 430.

Lovely rental and a 5min walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to duck donuts ;). The property was spacious and clean and had an amazing view of the water from the balcony on the upper level. Bedrooms were clean and we had a great time.
Kees customer service was top notch and communication was quick. Do bring towels as they do not provide extras. They did have portable fans and tons of comforters and blankets.

Spacious house in a great location! We spent a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house had plenty of room for everyone, a well stocked kitchen with nearly everything we could think of to cook with, and plenty of thoughtful extras, too! The Kees folks were very quick to respond to all of our questions and super helpful with everything. Will definitely stay here (or another one of their properties) again.

Awesome accommodations for our fishing group
This property provided the ideal setting to relax and unwind between a group of chartered fishing trips. Easy access to the beach and shopping and only a short jaunt to the docks.

Great house with amenities and easy walk to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay here and found it to be the perfect getaway. Hot tub worked well and it was about a five minute walk to the beach. All in all, great stay!

The house was beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect for a beach day or whether you want to drive the island to see the sights. Local restaurants in the neighborhood were great after a long day on the beach and you don’t want to drive anywhere. Would definitely book again!

Overall, a lovely home with big windows and great views! Close to a very quiet beach. Easy to get to everything we chose to do. There is a wagon available in the storage room. Rooms were clean. Towel sets were wrapped in plastic indicating that they were clean.

Great location. It is not on the beach, but you have beautiful sunrises over the ocean from the top deck and you are two blocks from the beach an easy 3 minute walk. The house is located close to everything you need. We visited during Covid19 so we did carryout three nights - Sushi, Pizza and Bar food. All of it was minutes away. Grocery stores are close by and entertainment if you want it is close. House is clean and well organized for a party of 8 to 10.
Kids loved the pool for after the beach swims. They have plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.

Great stay! The house is in a convenient location right off the bridge in Kitty Hawk - the beach is a block away, the private pool is as advertised, and it's hard to beat the views and the breezes off the ocean. Would we stay again? In a heartbeat.
The block the house is on is almost all rentals, and unfortunately, there is no shade in the neighborhood once mid-day hits, so worth noting if you are hoping to go for some runs and aren't hardcore about the sun beating down on you.
The house did have a fair amount of random beach equipment available including umbrellas, a few chairs, toys, and such.
