This home was very well maintained. It could use a few upgrades but being a rental with many families going in and out weekly that would be hard to do. When needing to reach someone at Kees they were extremely fast to get back to us and fix any concerns we had, which were very minor or answer our questions. The home was laid out very nice for large families vacationing together, especially with teenagers. The location to the beach was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend renting from Kees Vacation Rentals.

Great location, easy access to the beach, pier and all the shopping and restaurants. The house was exactly as described in the listing and in pictures. The pool is small, but big enough for all guests to enjoy and cool off. We really enjoyed our family vacation here and would definitely recommend this property.

The house is close to the beach, fishing peer, restaurants and stores. - very convinient. The pool is on a smaller side but it was enough. closed in yard was great to keep the children safe.

My family rented the Flip Flop for a week and it met every expectation. The home was open and inviting as well as clean. The pool and hot tub were great and proximity to the beach perfect. We had to buy and umbrella and beach chairs and brought our own towels and cleaning supplies but aside from that it was the best house we have rented yet.

We loved our vacation here! We enjoyed the view of the ocean and spent a lot of time in the pool. Our kids loved having a pool table and refrigerator outside their room. Check-in was easy and we appreciated the Kees checking on us upon arrival.

Locations is terrific wish they provided bed covers and blankets, and that the inside of the home was a bit cleaner but otherwise, this was a great stay.

Spacious, good location. I was worried by one review that complained about cleanliness issues, but was pleasantly surprised that some minor exceptions (some stains in the bathroom tile / caulk), the place was in good condition.

We had such a nice time!! It was everything us mommas needed. Plenty of space, room to relax, and watching the sunrise from the balconies with a warm cup of coffee. It was clean and stocked with the kitchen basic essentials. So we were able to cook at home a lot. Also towel,washcloth, and hand towel provided for each guest. Considering the weather we had, the hot tub was a God send. The location was perfect and you can’t beat falling asleep listening to the waves. We will be back!

Lots of space for 6 adults to places to retreat to, convenient location for accessing restaurants and shopping, very nice beach to walk in December. Kees staff will visit to pickup and exchange towels and help in anyway.

This house is beautiful in the best location right across from the beach. The swimming pool is small but perfect to just rinse off and relax. The house is huge and clean. We really enjoyed our stay

House was perfect for our group. The 4 king suites were a huge hit for the couples since we are all older and married. We lived in the pool and were able to walk to so much! Would definitely go back!
