Not my first time staying, love the place and location. The only downside was the pool was closed for our stay due to maintenance and checking in was later then expected since they didn’t clean the room yet when we arrived. But otherwise place was awesome and beach was supper close! Would definitely come back next year again!

Absolutely LOVE this place. This was our third time staying at a Stowe Retreat unit and I would most definitely stay there again. It is always clean, there’s plenty of space and the location is tough to beat. Highly recommend to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The unit was large and beautiful! Convenient location right across the street from a beach access. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion would be more details about where to park and how to find the unit (there were multiple units on-site) . We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this unit and would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this place!!! Pictures online do not do it justice. High vaulted ceilings, open kitchen and lots of natural light are highlights. Super short walk to the beach, short drive to stores, and comfy beds were also nice. We really enjoyed the house and it was perfect for 4 adults, 2 kids and dogs. Highly recommend renting this one.

Better than expected! This place is such a great location with a deli and some shops below plus it’s right across the street from the beach! Larger than expected and the photos capture the true quality of this place. Would absolutely recommend this place!

This place was amazing! We would definitely stay here again. If you arrive at night (like we did) you will need a flashlight (we used our phones) to see where you’re going. The back walkway and stairs are not lit.

Our unit was very nice. It was clean and spacious and we made good use of the billiard table and shuffle board. There's an abandoned building on one side of the plaza that looks like an old restaurant, kind of seedy looking, and the rear of the plaza the units are in could use some improvements. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.

This property is awesome and very undersold by the photos. It’s so much larger than what we anticipated. There’s two walk-in closets that are not pictured! The location is hard to beat, a very short walk across highway 12 to the beach. It was very clean. We will most definitely be back to this property!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is large and very roomy for the six of us. you enter in a long, wide hallway with bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room off the sides and end up in a large great room with a big kitchen, large couch, and large dining table. The pool table and shuffleboard are nice features and kept the kids entertained. The apartment is above a retail establishment but when we were there there it was very quiet and that was not an issue. Beach access from here is good. You just walk across the street and access the beach by walking along the path next to the hotel pool. Having access to the hotel pool was very nice as well. There was a place to rinse off the sand and salt water right next to the pool. I liked the location and the apartment and would stay here again

It’s a great place. It’s large. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook meals. We cooked our entire trip. The only thing you’d need to be aware aware of is that I almost locked myself out on the final day. The electronic lock code didn’t work on our check out day. Check out is at 10 am. I was lucky someone was still in the unit while we were trying to pack up to leave. The code shouldn’t be changed until after 10 am to prevent potential issues. Other than that little hick up, the place is really amazing.

We had a great stay. Any issues I texted for help with were handled almost immediately, so that was amazingly helpful. Everything was clean and in order and lots of utensils to cook and bake with. The ice maker didn’t work, but we just bought a bag of ice 👍🏻. One thing to keep in mind is that this location is over a business. We didn’t hear any noise-but when my 3 yo nephew came to play, he has lots of energy and was running around and playing tag with my bigger kids. Someone downstairs was banging on the ceiling to indicate we were too loud. So if you have little kiddos, this might not be ideal for you. We also had a couple packages delivered over Christmas, and there was lots of difficulty finding the place. But that is probably rare for most people to have deliveries 😉. Overall, our stay was great and the Kees was excellent to work with. I would happily use them again in the future 👍🏻😊

Nice condo with lots of space, clean, and very close to beach access. Our family and our sister’s family had plenty of room. The bathrooms and kitchens were nice sized and the kitchen had everything you needed.

Gorgeous vacation rental. Steps from the beach with great access to the water.
The beds were all quite comfortable! TVs in every bedroom. The pool table and shuffleboard were a hit among everyone.
A little over a mile away is a lovely grocery store, Red and White, that had everything we could possibly need. Everyone in town was very kind and helpful.

Loved the place and will be going back next year for vacation with the family. Just need to fix one of the sliding doors. But loved the place and so did my children. Beautiful place to go on vacation loved the beds and the view; I have told a lot of people about this place.

Memorial Day Weekend
The place was larger than I thought, it was clean and perfect for our family with 2 kids. The location was close to everything including the little deli downstairs, where the staff were amazing, and they had a girl come and play live music on Sunday. The pool was across the street and the beach access. Maybe a 2 minute walk, not bad at all. The only thing I would change would be the bedding, when we arrived, the bunk beds were not made, not even the bottom, which it said in the description. The sheets were not meant for those beds, one was a twin size and the other had king size? We made it work, but just so someone knows. Also, the vent in the master bedroom where the ac blows out, had some black mold, someone should clean that. Condensation I'm sure. Overall, we would definitely recommend the place and will probably be back one day.

Could not have been better!!!
This place was huge, we slept 6 adults and 8 children (ages 16 years through 6 months) comfortably. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked, the furniture was all comfortable and the pool and shuffleboard tables were a real hit. The pool access and walking distance to the beach were perfect with all the little ones and to top it off with the ice cream shop downstairs, we never had to leave!!! Just a shame we couldn't rate it more than five stars! This will definitely be our ongoing annual vacation home!!!
