The house was great. Clean and comfortable. Private pool was a relaxing way to spend hot afternoons. The grandkids loved swimming every day. Overall an excellent experience. Love working with KEES. Been using them for many years for OBX visits. Easy to work with. Very good communication. Total 5 Star experience.

The house was a great location right by the grocery store and a great view of the 12th hole on the golf course. We rented golf carts and the beach was just a short drive.
The pool was wonderful to have and all the space was great for our group. It could have been cleaner, I clean houses for a living so I'm biased. I'm sure the service has to move quick to accommodate the fast turnaround and it was fine just not what I would do at home. All in all a good stay with lots of room and we would stay there again.

Overall, nice property. You can't see the beach, but you can smell it; nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and drink your coffee. I only rated my check in process as a 3 because I had some issues on arrival, but once it was sorted out, it was smooth. Would stay again!

Big family vacation
We had a great time at this property. It was a convenient location, close to the beach and to the grocery store. The whole family had fun, especially with the pool table and the pool outside. I would stay here again.

This house was a great place for a family trip to the Outer Banks. The location was great with being next door to a grocery store, a short walk to the beach, and had part of a golf course visible from the decks!
Cleanliness was great, especially with their Covid precautions.
Communication was also on par for what you pay for.
Overall a great experience and we look forward to booking with Kees rental again!

We loved staying at this rental. Our kids had a great time in the pool. During the evening they used the pool table and shuffle board. It was very clean and in a great location. Communication was great - received a response very quickly to any messages sent. I have absolutely no complaints. Would love to stay here again.

This was a wonderful place for a family vacation. Everyone had their own space yet there were still many common spaces for us all to hang out together. The public access to the beach is about a 2 minute drive across the street. We truly loved our stay!!

Wine Down house was just what we needed for our group's stay in Nags Head this past weekend. The pool was perfect, although since it is a smaller pool, the hot sun cooked it to a warm temperature, but was refreshing and fun nonetheless. The house is perfectly located next to a food lion and directly between the ocean and sound. We found the public beach access very convenient (2 minutes away) and there was always parking available for our group. Very clean house with fun amenities. We would definitely return!
