We really enjoyed our stay. For a holiday weekend the price was reasonable for ocean front and ourselves and our teenager felt very comfortable and agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean views on the back deck with access from the master bedroom and from the living area. There is beach access from the back deck as well, which was super convenient. The pool is small and behind the unit (also no hot tub), and we didn’t use it at all.
Our kids loved the bunk beds with the tv in their room, though the bunk bed mattresses were more comfortable than the master mattress. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, but we were glad we brought dishwashing supplies and there was no extra toilet paper. Overall, it was just about perfect for what we wanted; I’d recommend this stay!

Wish we had known there wasn’t an elevator but that was probably my fault for not looking as close as I Should. The ceiling in kitchen and small bathroom needs attention.

We loved beautiful ocean view and being right on the beach location. Plenty of good restaurants close by and access to several grocery stores as well as activities. Definitely planning another stay hopefully soon.

A lovely condo with a beautiful deck looking at the ocean and lots of windows that had great ocean views. Easy access to beach. You can hear the ocean with the windows open. A wonderful and relaxing place to stay.

We loved this condo! The most beautiful view that you can ask for from almost every room!! The deck is awesome and large. It was nice to sit there and watch the sunrises and sunsets, and the moon over the ocean at night. We also loved the Sand Castle condo building complex and it's proximity to the beach and easy parking.

We really loved this condo. The proximity to the beach, hearing the waves; the deck overlooking the water; it really feels like you're soaking up the beach. That being said, it's worth listing the pros and cons of the place.
Pros: So close to the beach, private walkway to the beach, pool, foot and body sand washing station, totally fine beds, showers, bathrooms, kitchen, and Kees was super quick and responsive to questions and issues.
Cons: I wish they didn't nickel and dime with the "starter pack" of cleaning supplies(!), our neighbors above were a bit loud as the sound insulation between condos isn't great, the pool seemed like it could be cleaned a little more often.
Overall, a great place for a beach vacation and we would stay here again.

It was wonderful sitting on the porch watching the dolphins and pelicans and hearing the surf. The beach was clean. Our fellow guests in the building were nice and quiet. The unit was cleaner than most hotels I’ve stayed in, and nicely appointed and accommodating.

This place is a gem. Location on the beach is perfect. The unit is lovely and as nice as described or maybe even better. The balcony makes for beautiful ocean and sunrise views. It is very clean and well appointed. There are several nice restaurants nearby. We will want to come back! If you want a beautiful unit on the beach, you cannot go wrong with this one.

The deck overlooking the ocean, plus the great views from inside really made this house a dream, especially since we were there off-season and so it was a little too chilly to be on the beach all day. The house was well-appointed for cooking (as beach houses go) and comfortable. The beach is nice and wide right out front (compared with some areas just a bit further south where it's more narrow). Because it is right next to a public beach access and a motel, it's probably pretty crowded in the summertime, but we had it all to ourselves :) I would definitely come back to this house.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and well furnished, with an electric cooktop and large fridge. The apartment also has a great view of the ocean and the beach is just steps away. Location in Kill Devil Hills is also very convenient, with restaurants and a grocery store all within just a mile. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The Wave Watcher at Sandcastle Village was perfect for my family. The proximity to the beach and the pool was great for us. We were at a great location to enjoy the monuments, and other activities that the Outer Banks had to offer. My daughters loved the bunk beds, and we loved that the master bedroom had such a beautiful view of the beach. This was the first time we even cooked in a condo on vacation, and it was very easy with all the items in the kitchen. We would highly recommend.

We had a great time at Wave Watcher at Sand Castle Village. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and very stylish.
It is a perfect location to enjoy the ocean. I especially loved the porch and enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee while watching the amazing sunrise.
I would absolutely recommend to stay there. Kee’s was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is amazing. I loved waking up and watching sunrise from bedroom. The condo has all the amenities you need for a home away from home. We were doing a work/vacation and the wifi was great for that. I would stay here again.

LOVED: the gorgeous ocean view, the beach decor and coordinated furnishings and pub tables on the deck AND in the condo (perfect for playing card/board games/puzzles and enjoying view inside and out), comfy adirondack chairs, great comfy seating in living room and comfy beds, enjoyed having Netflix, appreciated the many hooks and drawers in bathrooms and bedrooms to hang and store clothes, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, very easy short walk to beach
The screen door to the deck was off the frame upon arrival, so we were unable to have the deck door open and enjoy the ocean sounds while inside condo. Kees told us two times that maintenance would check it out, but they never came:(

Gorgeous little condo, loved the decorations, the amenities. Everything was up to date and well stocked. Owners were responsive to questions. And OMG the view was everything I wanted it to be. I didn't want to leave, haha.
