The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location! There was plenty of room for my family to spread out. The kids loved having breakfast on the deck in the morning and playing the provided board games at night. We would definitely recommend this property!

Just as described!
Condo is spacious and loved that it backs up to trees. It made sitting on a deck peaceful and cool. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked several nights while there, loved the large counter top. All appliances worked well. I would recommend a new cutting board (the one supplied is warped, making is dangerous to use), a can opener, and lastly a larger broom (the one supplied is a child size). Overall, it was great and we would stay again!

Great Accommodations
Check-in process was as easy as it gets! The condo was exactly as described and pictured online. Unit was clean, comfortable and perfect for our short stay. Having a private bathroom in each of the 3 bedrooms was wonderful. My family loved the space. Due to the weather we didn't get to enjoy the pool or water amenities but I am sure we will be back in tbe future.

Family Vacation
Our family loved staying here for our OBX vacation this year! The check in process was easy and the home was great for the kids, who loved hanging out on the multiple levels. The large community pool is also a lot of fun and the spiral water slide was a hit with the kids. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a modern and high quality place to stay at a reasonable price, and doesn't mind not having dedicated beach access.

Flip flop blast!
We took our 7 months infant on her first getaway to OBX and were extremely fortunate to have found flying flip flops. The place is conveniently located amongst all the local attractions and foodie havens. If the weather does not pan out as expected, this vacation home also offers arcade games which will keep the kids (and adults) entertained. Will definitely rebook whenever we return to OBX.

Great stay!!!
This beach vacation was one of the best we've ever had and largely because of this beautiful condo and it’s location. This place was a great size for us- big enough to hold a couple families. The beds were comfortable and large, the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals, and the all en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus! Our kids loved hanging in the game-room basement and the sun-bathed 4th floor/loft. The drive to the beach takes all of three minutes and there is a grocery store and Target 5 minutes away. There are many different places to visit including the Wright Brothers National memorial which is right next door. Bodie Island Lighthouse is about 25 minutes away and was very cool as well. And there were tons of great restaurants! Our kids also really loved the community splash pad/pool to hang out at and the close by put-put. We couldn’t have asked for a better placed and are excited to come back again to this amazing rental!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. Just the right amount of space and all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive when I had a few questions beforehand. The community pool was a great addition for the kids and they loved the game room!

Excellent Accommodations
We are a family of 4 with two children and this home exceeded our expectations. The home is well maintained, looks brand new, and very private compared to the other homes in the community. We came in the Fall, after the busyness of the summer and the weather was beautiful. Water temps were 67-70 degrees, but still warm enough to enjoy the waves. We found lots of shells over Kill Devil Hills which is a 3 min drive using the public beach access point. In the summer, this would be a reasonable 10 min walk from the home b/c the area can get busy during peak season. This home is central to all portions of the outer banks. Whether you’re looking to visit Cape Hatteras for the day or travel to Manteo, this location is central to all that the OBX has to offer. There is a Publix, Harris Teeter and Lowes within minutes of each other and an urgent care center and hospital within 5 miles. The Wright Museum is 5 min away and Kitty Hawk kites as well as Jockeys Ridge is a short 12 min drive. Regarding the home, there are 4 levels, so avoid if stairs are an issue. But this is the make up of the entire community, not a representation of the owner’s home. As soon as you walk in, the pristine and clean look of coastal living greets you at the door. The decor is tastefully minimalistic and modern. The bathrooms are so clean and fully stocked with modern and new flooring and fresh paint. The stairs are carpeted and soft which minimizes fall risk. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and entertain. There is a coffee maker and Keurig. We always pack our own coffee and pods and spices and oils. Bring your own foil and ziplock bags — which should be something most people should do anyway for travel. I presume previous renters may have taken some of the items that were in the kitchen based on my interaction with the host/management company who always responded within a few minutes. The beds were super soft and comfortable. The kids enjoyed their own rooms which were huge! We enjoyed the puzzles and games and there is a grill downstairs if you want cook out. The pictures don’t give you the full feel of the place. This place was just simply put: beautiful!

Gorgeous Property!!!!
This property it’s stunning! Modern property with all the amenities you need for your stay for small or big family! Very organized and close to everything! I love this place and will recommend and stay again!
