Great location and beach access was perfect. Plenty of parking, and the elevator was so helpful with luggage and groceries. The pool was a great alternative for the beach when the waves got rough.
There are zero beach chairs, towels or toys. It would be easier if you were driving to this location and could bring some of your own outdoor things.

Enjoyed family time with spacious property. First time in OB. Would recommend. It only renting beach chairs and umbrellas but having setup included. Property managers great. A few hiccups with appliances. Hopefully all was managed pending our advisement for future guests

We had an amazing family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Heated pool was perfect for the grandchildren and the hot tub was a bonus. Breathtaking location.

We had a great get together at Dune it Wright. Hot tub, pool, and easy access to the beach were especially appreciated. Beds were comfortable and pleasantly decorated. Parking was tight, but doable for our 4 cars..
Nearby Food Lion, Red Drum restaurant, Plaza Azteca restaurant, and Swells a Brewin' are all recommended and walkable.

This is a beautiful home on the ocean and everything they said it would be. There are always some issues with any home (due more to weather wear) but Kees was so responsive and helpful to us in any request. The host was kind enough to warm our pool early for us for the kids. The area around the pool could be improved as there is very little walking space and grass growing. I would encourage the owners to just finish the pool area with more cement or finished pavement to prevent dirt and grass in the pool and more space to gather around the BBQ. The home is beautiful with the most wonderful family room and dining area to gather with an ocean view. All levels of this home make it so easy to have a space for families to separate and have a conversation. The rooms all have a private bath room which is so convenient. Everything is spotless and clean and open. The elevator is a real plus with all the levels. Being able to have our dogs with us was one of the main reasons for this rental.

We had a great time staying at Dune it Wright!!!! The house was beautiful, clean, and absolutely suited our needs. With 16 guests, we felt comfortable as there was space to spend time all together but also space to split up for quiet time when needed. The hot tub was a great addition and the fact that it’s on the beach is absolutely incredible. The view was stunning. The accommodations were lovely and we all had towels and blankets that were clearly cleaned before our stay. The only thing we may have hoped for would be some basic cooking ingredients that are usually included in other homes. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and Kees was very responsive!

Family getaway
This house was beautiful and very functional for our large group. The location was great, close to a lot of restaurants but far enough from public access that the beach wasn't crowded. Definitely recommend Sandbar Concierge for booking excursions and grocery delivery... after getting the run around from Hertz for 5 hours at the Norfolk airport and not getting to the house until midnight the first night it was so nice to have the house stocked when we walked in! Also recommend The Cabana Boys for beach chairs, canopies and games! They worked hard to make sure we had a relaxing time on the beach every day!

Great house with a few surprises
This is an excellent beach rental home with 8 bedrooms and 8 and 1/2 bathrooms. There were several appliances that were not functioning as expected, including ice makers and freezer in kitchen, top floor air conditioner, one of the washing machines and the heat for the pool. All of the amenities were provided and the house was very clean and comfortable.

The location and amenities could not be beat. The staff at Kees were friendly and responsive. The daily cabana service was a nice bonus that made going to the beach with the family painless!!! Did I mention the view!!!!!!

This beautifully appointed home is perfect for large family gathering, or a girls weekend that just wants some great space and a great location. We loved the views, and all of the bedrooms were very comfortable! The kitchen was fabulous, and we had a private chef come in and make dinner one evening, and she was impressed with the kitchen as well - so I feel confident saying it is a chef's dream! :)
You won't regret the choice to stay in this beautiful home!!

We are lucky we found this house at the relatively last minute. It was everything described. The views from the balconies were excellent and the house itself was spacious with plenty of amenities. The management company was easy to work with and was always prompt in communicating with us. This was a great vacation from beginning to end! We would stay here again!
