KEES Vacations Payment Plan Options

To book your dream vacation home, KEES only requires you to put 1% down at the time of the reservation. This smaller initial payment will secure your desired home without a big upfront fee. This takes out the stress of wanting the getaway of your dreams without having to worry about how to pay for it.

All reservations are subject to an administration fee and applicable taxes. The administration fee helps us provide the best possible experience from check-in to check-out. These fees are required up front at the time of your reservation.

Please note that the 1% down is not valid on existing reservations or reservations less than 30 days out. Reservations are subject to an administrative fee and applicable taxes collected at the time of booking.

After making the down payment, the remaining balance due is spread into two remaining payments. KEES Vacations will send email reminders before each payment due date taking the stress out of having to remember when payment is due. Of course, you are more than welcome to pay the entire balance at time of booking! Guests can also split up the payment amongst their group after the initial deposit is taken.

We take all forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and ACH check.

For transparency sake, we show all fees to our guest when you book so you can see that we are giving you the absolute lowest price of our home found anywhere on the internet.
