KEES Vacations Payment Plan Options

Did you find your dream KEES Outer Banks vacation rental, but felt sticker shock with the final price? Well, do not fret! We have a manageable way for you and your friends and family to stay at your must-have vacation rental without breaking the bank.

1% Down to Secure your Reservation*

To book your dream vacation home, KEES only requires you to put 1% down at the time of the reservation. This smaller initial payment will secure your desired home without a big upfront fee. This takes out the stress of wanting the getaway of your dreams without having to worry about how to pay for it.

All reservations are subject to an administration fee and applicable taxes. The administration fee helps us provide the best possible experience from check-in to check-out. These fees are required up front at the time of your reservation.

Please note that the 1% down is not valid on existing reservations or reservations less than 30 days out. Reservations are subject to an administrative fee and applicable taxes collected at the time of booking.

Payment Plan Options

After making the down payment, the remaining balance due is spread into two remaining payments. KEES Vacations will send email reminders before each payment due date taking the stress out of having to remember when payment is due. Of course, you are more than welcome to pay the entire balance at time of booking! Guests can also split up the payment amongst their group after the initial deposit is taken. We take all forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and ACH check.

The weather was stormy most of the time, however we could not have been happier with the experience. The house, ‘Happy Sol’, was wonderful. The family room and kitchen were on the top floor with a view of the stormy ocean to die for. The house had everything we could want. We cook in for family dinners and the kitchen was completely equipped for that. Our 2 1/2 year old grandson wanted us to stay and live there. The Kees people were great, daily towel service on time and always asking if we needed anything. House was very clean. We will rent with Kees Vacations again soon!
