Amazing!!! The house is perfectly located and had everything we needed. Also amazed at how clean it was when we arrived. Since it right on the beach we assumed there would be some sand at first but none!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!! (But secretly don’t to save for us next year)

It was the best vacation ever at the beach. We were steps from the waves. We were able to bring our fur babies and that made the trip the best. It was the first time our fur babies saw the beach and played in the sand. The place was very clean, love the large picture window in the living room looking out to the beach. We will be back for sure!!

Great location right on the beach. Outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom/laundry room were heavily utilized, helping keep as much sand out of the house as possible. Wrap around deck was a great spot for morning sunrise or evening drinks.

Morr to Sea was an amazing place to stay with our pups! The views are unbeatable, and there was a beach access right by us. Ashley's Espresso was a short walk away and had phenomenal coffee. The bed was also very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect rental. The location has an amazing view of the ocean in all directions and easy beach access. You can also walk to a great coffee shop! Everything in the home is considered with care. Parking is easy, and there is a ton of seating outside and inside to get the best ocean view wherever you are (even the bathroom!). Everything was comfortable and clean. You couldn't ask for better.

Great house, awesome location. Everything was clean and in order. Beds were comfortable. The complimentary coffee pods, shower gels, shampoo and soaps are a nice added touch. This is an amazing place to stay! Everything you could ask for in one home and right on the water. If you’re going to spend money to be in the OBX, this was central to Duck (Aqua is a great pace to eat and they were super helpful w recommendations for both cab service and towing/ tire replacement shop when we got our second flat tire while there.) and to Manteo where Capt. Randy took us out on a fabulous 2 hour boat ride on his island hopper.
Even though we weren’t without our vehicle, Morr to Sea provided everything we needed. Ashley’s coffee shop ( and amazing pastries) are two blocks down. Seto’s towing and car repair was 6-8 blocks away ( within walking). And Sal’s delivered amazing pizza.
Even though we did none of the other sightseeing we’d planned, we were blessed with amazing wait staff, cab drivers, boat captains, even the guy who took
Our order at Sal’s was lovely.
The water was refreshing and everyone- including my husband who didn’t think he liked sun, heat, sand, and water and our four older boys(18-20) loved playing in the waves, walking the beach and looking for crabs at night.
There were beautiful sunrises in the morning to enjoy with our morning coffee and delicious pastries ( again- thanks Ashley). BTW, a water kettle, a Keurig and a regular coffee pot!
Everything was just top notch. When we needed to extend our stay for a couple of hours because our vehicle wasn’t ready to be picked up, for a reasonable fee, we were able to do so. The people at Kees vacation are incredibly responsive.
We will be back- says my husband- who again, didn’t care for sun, sand and water vacations prior to coming here!

Definitely go to captain George’s sea food buffet. A little pricey however definitely worth it. The crab legs were cooked perfectly and they have many gluten free options. The house is gorgeous and is right on the beach. You don’t have to worry about forgetting anything and taking 100 trips.

Morr To Sea was the perfect place to stay for a quiet weekend get-a-way this winter. It is such a cute little place. Very clean and comfortable. And the views !!!!! We were amazed !! The pictures are very accurate as well … but it is even cuter in person. Also … our favorite place to eat was Masala Bay Grill. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Kees - they were awesome to deal with.

We had a wonderful winter getaway. The ocean views are spectacular. The home was very clean & beautiful. While we didn't cook any, the kitchen appeared to have everything one would need. We did appreciate that it had an electric kettle. We also appreciated the reading light (a bit too chilly to be outside in January). The gates on the deck were a blessing. (You don't miss this until you stay somewhere with dogs and no gates.) The Kees Team responded to our questions amazingly fast. We were impressed. Finally, we were thankful that we had virtually nothing to do before leaving. (Other rentals seem to have endless requirements the renter must do before leaving.) We would stay again. Thank you!

The Morr To Sea cottage is perfect and you absolutely cannot beat the location or views! Just walk down the steps and onto the beach. The wraparound deck is great for morning coffee or hanging out with your favorite pup who has never been to the shore and can’t get enough of the sights, sounds and smells. The kitchen was fully stocked for home cooking and the rest of the cottage had some very nice updates. The host provided some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which were spot on, and communication was excellent. Cannot recommend this cottage enough!!

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! Kees is very responsive and helpful. The house is perfect for a family or small group of friends wanting to be right on the beach in an area that’s not crowded. It’s fully updated with plenty of kitchen utensils, etc for cooking, and literally the beach is steps from the back deck. Its also only a few minutes away from several grocery stores and restaurants. The best part, for me, is sitting on the back porch sipping coffee and watching the sun rise before the kiddos wake up.

This cottage did not disappoint! The view was spectacular, the cottage was very clean, stylish, and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, which we were pleased about. We were able to make all of our meals at the cottage. The pup liked having the wrap-around porch with locking gates. She was able to lounge outside while we were at the beach. We went late in the season; but, for the most part, we didn't have a problem with overcrowding at the beach, despite being right next to a public access. Overall, we had a really great stay and can't wait for the next trip to Morr to Sea.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend. The location was a dream and our favorite part was sipping morning coffee on the deck watching the dolphins enjoy their breakfast just on the shoreline! We saw them daily. We stayed in January and the weather was chilly but bright and sunny. There is a lovely coffee shop two blocks away (amazing bagels and muffins!) and local grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Given Covid parameters, we cooked a lot at the house and the kitchen was well appointed with all amenities needed. Lovely hot and powerful shower and a comfy king size bed. The management team were friendly and communicative and the keyless check in process was super easy. We will be visiting again! Thank you, Kees!

This is a really fantastic property, right on top of the beach, and next to an open area on both sides so very private. It's so close to the surf that you can hear the waves crashing all night, really great! The views all around are stunning, and every morning the sunrise was a sight to behold. We watched dolphins go by from the couch/deck, and enjoyed a lot of bird life, too. It's plenty big enough for two couples, maybe three, with two bathrooms across the four bedrooms. The kitchen is super well equipped, the wrap-around deck is beautiful, and there's plenty of light and space. The wifi is super-strong and the cable channel choices are expansive. We brought our own Roku and there are plenty of extra cables for that. We also loved the location, a great jump-off to beaches north or south, and plenty of nearby services. Management was very responsive to our questions, and the property is just as advertised. We hope to be back!

Amazing beach views, easy access, impeccable cleanliness -- all exactly as advertised. House plan maximizes the views from living room and kitchen; bed & bathrooms feel private. High quality bedding and towels. Best furnished kitchen ever -- good selection of pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, baking sheets, everything needed to cook a great meal. Appreciated the 12-cup Mr Coffee in addition to the Keurig (we drink coffee by the pot, not the cup). House itself is between two vacant lots so neighbors aren't right on top of you. Great local espresso house and restaurant a block or two away. Garden hose on deck was a thoughtful extra: easy to wash sand off your feet, and keep the salt spray off the windows to enjoy that beautiful ocean view. Five stars for this rental!

This is such a cute little beach house. Perfect for one or two couples to stay at. Amazing beachfront property that you can walk off the deck and be directly on the beach. The property managers had excellent communication. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise.
