This house is spectacular. Inside the house, it is beautifully decorated with high-end design features. Four spacious bedrooms, all with king beds, and their own private bathrooms. Absolutely perfect for our adult children to have their own space. Large dining room table is perfect for family dinners and game night. The elevator was essential for caring up all our groceries - just one more great feature. The location is unbeatable and you can’t beat having your own private pool for afternoons when you’re done with the beach. If you don’t wanna cook, there are fun restaurants nearby. Keys vacation rental was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. We loved our vacation week here!! Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay again this year! We loved the additions since our stay last year (the grill & the sound system throughout the house). We love The Tides community and the homes in it are perfect for our needs! Still do wish there was a more accessibility friendly way to get to the beach from the community without having to drive to an access without stairs.

Exactly as described and perfect location for my, husband, mother in law, and 5 kids (17 down to 7). The elevator was so great for my handicapped MIL and my seven month pregnant self. Proximity to the beach was perfect.
Would consider adding a few basics (spices, more bowls/plates, hangars), but the comms were transparent so we knew going in what to expect.
Ocean views were better than the pics, pool was a little smaller than anticipated, but didn’t bother the kiddos. Also, having it heated in advance was lovely for the time of year we were there (spring break 2025/late April).
The beach was glorious, not crowded at all, convenient access. Great memories made!

We had a lovely four night family reunion at The Tides - Kill Devil Hills. The location is very central to the upper OBX. Actually walkable to The Wright Brothers memorial. Restaurant recommendations were fine. The rental was modern, very clean, parking under cover, and 2 minute walk to the beach. We used all four king beds and everyone thought they were very comfortable. Super nice to have all en suite. (Actually that’s one of the reasons we picked this place) Views from the windows to the ocean were great and the changing clouds always impressed. We used the grill two nights without problems. All in all, our space at the Tides couldn’t have been much better.

Had a great stay with plenty of room for everyone. The place is clean, new, modern, and comfortable. Even though it's one house back from the ocean the views and beach access are great. A minor quibble is that the property management company only provides starter quantities of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper so you have to buy extra if you're there for more than a few days. Also the kitchen didn't include any basics such as coffee, spices, or salt and pepper, which most Airbnbs tend to provide. These were small things that could easily be corrected, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Had such a wonderful stay here with our two kids and friends! The house was beautiful and the private pool and quick access to the beach made everything so smooth and relaxing. Will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I rented the Wright Wave 4 Bedroom beach home in Kill Devil Hills Outer Banks for 4 days and had the time of our lives. KEES Vacations Rental are so professional and made the entire process from start to finish totally stressless.  My family and I had the most wonderful time of our lives. The beach house and all the surrounding in Kill Devil Hill is amazing. We loved it so much that we are booking again for next year.

This place was stunning! Brand new. Beautifully decorated. Ample space. Steps from the beach. I loved that they had a service provide chairs and an umbrella. We took advantage of the heated pool as the weather didn't quite cooperate with us. Lots of board games, card games, even a pool table, which we also used.
The living room was super comfortable. The beds, a little on the firm side, but some people like that. Quiet area, at least, at this time of year. The only very minor downside was that, as it was new, there were no spices, no tin foil, plastic wrap…the kinds of things other people would normally leave behind. They provided only "starter" trash bags (meaning one), TP. But overall, not a big deal, just so others are aware they'll need to buy these things themselves. Some hosts provide plenty of these things, others do not. It's a crap shoot :). Would definitely stay again!
