Unbelieve liable stay could not have asked for a better place to vacation . great location huge property. Few things needed attention called office , repairs were made in record time from any other place we have vacationed at before, looking forward to vacationing 2026 at Kees managed property . we like to more around town to town to experience what each has to offer. Great place for a small family beach wedding. All are family enjoyed the house and accommodation. Everyone had so much to do between the beach, 2 hot tubs, the pool, movie theater, lounging on the big decks, relaxing in there private rooms, to going for a drive for sight seeing. Q: What time is check-in and check-out? Is it possible to request an early check-in?A:Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. We cannot offer early check-in due to the size of this home. Once the home has been inspected and the appropriate services have been completed for your arrival, we will allow you to check into the home.
Q: Since Island Enchantment is pet-friendly, does it have a fenced-in backyard?A:Your dogs will enjoy the fenced-in decking area. Since this property backs up to the beach and has a very large dune-top pool, there is not much of a backyard. There is a good area out front for taking your pet outside to go to the bathroom.
Q: When is the pool open?A:Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Q: What is a “Communication Hub”?A:The Communication Hub is where you can plug in multiple devices and connect with anyone you need to while on vacation. This is also quite helpful for companies having their team retreats at Island Enchantment.
Q: Is the home equipped with a Pack' N Play and/or high chair?A:Due to safety concerns and the frequent recall notices with baby equipment, we do not recommend our owners to supply these. We recommend you to use a rental company like Ocean Atlantic Rentals or BabyQuip for these items.
Q: How many ovens are there?A:We advertise 2 ovens at this property
Q: Can you please provide total number of beds Bed sizesA:Absolutely, the level breakdown in the description has the exact bedding. Reach out to us via email and we'll be happy to break that down further.
Q: Do we need to bring coffee filters for the coffee maker?A:Yes we recommend bringing coffee filters or purchasing them from a grocery store here on the OBX.
