Yes, our Housekeeping department will deliver all linens prior to each guests arrival. Upon check in, your guests will find their beds already made with two towels per each bedroom.
Yes, guests will have a nice little starter kit for their stay upon their check in. We offer toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent and K-cup pods for the Keurig machine we provide.
We offer a 1-on-1 relationship with Owner Services and send monthly newsletters with our updates from sea level.
All of our properties are keyless entry. Your KABA lock, as well as the installation will be included in your KEEKare maintenance fee. We are able to generate a new code for anybody that is accessing the property so if we ever need to audit, we know who is in the property at all times. The guests love the convenience of being able to go straight to their vacation home without having to stand in long lines at the rental office for check ins.
The majority of our bookings come directly through our website. We will also advertise your property on AirBnb and VRBO.
Yes, we do not make it mandatory for our properties to be listed on booking.com or expedia. If you choose to list your property on these additional platforms, that is where that additional fee will come into play.
Our guests pay a $99 non-refundable insurance policy, or a $500 refundable security deposit. If the damages are not considered normal wear and tear, KEES will cover up to $3000 in those damages.
