Now Hiring Logistics Coordinator
Logistics Coordinators work as a liaison between the Maintenance, Housekeeping, Owner Services, Guest Service Departments and KEES homeowners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to)
- Organize, schedule, assign daily and future work orders, inspections, monthly, and annual services
- Assign the Maintenance Technicians tasks for the day. Make changes in the assignments and work orders as needed throughout the day
- Communicate with the Maintenance Department and Reservations heavily throughout the day
- Make orders for parts needed, as well as search for the parts needed in order to make home repairs.
- Find vendors and get multiple estimates
- Follow policies and procedures daily
- Inventory, track and order warehouse supplies
- Perform various duties requested or assigned daily
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires office work.
- ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Indoors, 95% protected from the weather. Outdoors, 5% unprotected from the weather.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Job Specific: must be familiar with the vacation rental industry
- Basic computer skills: basic knowledge of email, word processing, graphics, and spread sheets
- Effective communication: can communicate in a timely, effective, and appropriate way in person and through various apps.
- Time management: must be able to work in restrictive timelines and execute job roles accurately to avoid rework.
- Adaptability-respond quickly to changes in routines and schedules.
- Teamwork and collaboration-every employee needs to accommodate the views and opinions of other team members, be teachable, and capable of mentoring coworkers based on strengths.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years of age or older
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in the vacation rental or hotel industry
- Work holidays and weekends
