KEES Owner Services Management team is located in the Southern Shores office. With more department heads under one roof, we are able to streamline communication and increase our local presence. If you are heading into town this off-season, feel free to stop by on your way in and say hi!

Kelly Green

Kelly brings over ten years of property management experience from local companies Twiddy, Sun Realty, and Village Realty. Her combined experiences resulted in long-term relationships with many happy homeowners, vendors, and realtors in the business.

Originally from Virginia, Kelly moved to the Outer Banks early on and has had a keen eye on the rental market ever since.

Brandy Marks

Brandy has worked for KEES for 2 years in Owner Services and is a big source of help. Whether it’s statements or billing or just a general question about your home, Brandy has helped hundreds of owners with their homes. We love her positivity and humor at the office.

Maria DeBraccio

Maria relocated to the Outer Banks to be closer to her family, who have been in the area for over 20 years. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Maria has several years of experience in hospitality and guest services, as well as a degree in Hotel Technology. She was also an insurance underwriter for many years. Now, bringing her knowledge full circle, she happily assists the homeowners of Kees Vacations with their needs.

It was another great stay at this Kees rental. The house was adorable, warm and welcoming. We loved the daily umbrella, chairs and water service and the house keeping with fresh towels and trash take out service. Very pleased. Love the way Kees does business. I have been renting vacation places in Outer Banks for many years and I think Kees has set a new bar of how service and style should be! Thank you again! Only thing that was not the best was the very poor WiFi connection. Keep up the good work Kees Realty! I hope you don’t grow too large!
