VH117 Dolphin's Rest at Villas of Hatteras Landing

Returning renters
This is the second time our family of 4 has stayed at the Villas of Hatteras Landing. It has everything we need and we love being in walking distance to the beach and shops. The local grocery, Village Market, is also great. The beach is quiet and absolutely worth the drive.

We stumbled on the opportunity to stay at the Villas at Hatteras Landing by accident, but are so thankful we did. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and reasonable. The personnel were helpful, courteous, and accommodating.

First time on Hatteras Island! Will definitely be back! Management made our stay stress free and were easy to work with. Check out The Wreck Tiki Bar for some good food and drinks - it’s right behind the facility! 🙂

The villa was incredible. It looked better than the photos and was immaculately presented. It looked out upon the pool. The location was fantastic. I would happily return and recommend this accommodation to others!

The condo was perfect for a week vacation! The whole space was clean and we were very comfortable ! We went in mid April so the hotel was quite which was nice because we had the entire pool area to ourselves. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to cook with except an oven, but there were two grills out by the pool to use.
They mean a strict 4:00 pm check in- no exceptions , so make sure to plan for that! Additionally the ferry to ocakroke is within a 2 minute walk, but check the passenger ferry schedule as it does not run all year.

2nd stay at The Villas. Great location if you like being on the beach, sound, in the pool, or taking the ferry to Ocracoke. Good size for family of 4 (if the kids can share the pull out sofa) and if your plan is to spend most of the daylight hours outside. Too small for much bigger groups, but a perfect retreat for the end of a long day outside. The unit is comfortable and well decorated .
