if you are looking for a place steps away from the beach this is it. Personal parking space. Quiet location. easy walk across the street for ice cream and general store. conveniently located. Everything is easy to get too. preferred the coziness of this sote competed to those larger homes.

It was just perfect. It’s hard to find something simple and close to everything anymore. Thats the way it used to be and this place was exactly that. We had the best time. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for letting us use your property to make memories!

Awesome little cottage! Had a getaway weekend and it was perfect for our group of 4! It’s nothing fancy but has everything we needed with great beach access and the friendliest neighbors! Highly recommend and will stay again in the future!

This was our second stay at Kees's cottages. Wonderful location and great place for kids. Has all the basic amenities (kitchen implements, bedding, tv, internet) and not too much extra stuff. Just over the dunes from the beach and you can hear the waves at night.

Wonderful bungalow steps from the beach. Great for little kids since it's so close to the beach and there are not a lot of breakable "dust catcher" type things in the home. Nice porch. Unexpectedly good water pressure in the shower. We want to go back.

This was a wonderful place for a last-minute family trip with a toddler. The cabin is comfortable and cozy, and the location is fantastic. The beach is right there! Being right next to a cabin that's not in use by other guests (it's for housekeeping storage) made this a great pick for us because our son is very exuberant.

The Kees's place is a quaint little cottage right on the beach! It fit me, my husband, and our two friends comfortably. Kees provided quick communication so that I always felt supported and like I was a priority. The Kees's cottage provided a great weekend getaway!

This cottage was perfect for our last minute week at the beach. I was nervous about what supplies would be there since not much was listed, but most everything that we needed was there. The kitchen is sparsely stocked but we were able to make do ok! The front porch was fantastic for dropping sandy clothes, toys, and chairs. Loved our stay!

I would recommend this place to anyone! Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay and we cooked all of our meals here, the only appliance we brought was a blender and otherwise they had what we needed! You can’t beat the location, steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Beach is right there! Easy walk to Jennette’s Pier. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals in.
