The living area is cozy and welcoming, making it ideal for movie nights, board games, or curling up with a good book after a day at the beach. Large windows keep the Atlantic in view and remind you that the ocean is always close.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make meals easy and enjoyable. Step outside onto the balcony and let the salt air gently drift over you as you take in the sound of the waves and sweeping shoreline views. This space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, or quiet evenings spent stargazing.

Sleeping accommodations include a Queen En Suite and a Twin over Twin alcove Bunk Set in the hallway, making this condo ideal for couples, small families, or groups. A second full bathroom is also located in the hall.

Guests of East of the Sun enjoy access to the Colony by the Sea community amenities, including an oceanfront community pool, beach access, a community BBQ area with picnic tables, swing sets, courts, and laundry facilities. Beach chairs are provided to make your days by the ocean even easier.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
