So close to the beach!
Location and house as described. 2 min walk to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean, nicely furnished, open upper level floor plan. Grocery store 2 min drive. Communication w/ rental agency very good, no issues. Kitchen lacking in basics like salt/pepper. But kitchenware items adequate.

Lovely beach cottage across the driveway from the beach which made it very convenient for the whole family. Clean, updated cute obx beach cottage. Within a 5-10 minute walk to Corolla shops, grocery store, restaurants. Cottage has all kitchen supplies for eating in, clean bbq, nice jacuzzi and pool, ocean views & breezes, lots of board games, true obx cottage vacay.

It's not often a rental house is closer to the beach than you expected! Also, credit to the management company, as 1 day into our stay the wifi unit went out (wouldnt even power up) . I sent a text, got a quick response, and 24 hours later the unit was replaced with a new working one. Highly recommend this property!

Better than we imagined
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful! The pictures didn't fully do it justice. My kids loved the bunk beds. Every kitchen item that we needed for cooking was available. The place was beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was safe. The property was just a few feet from the beach. You can see the ocean from the back of the house. The pool was maintained regularly. We definitely plan to come back and stay at this house.

Great Everything!!
This house was awesome! There was plenty of room inside for our family 8. The view of the ocean from the top deck was amazing. The private pool was a perfect size for our family and the community pool was a great bonus as well. We couldn’t ask for a better location either. The beach access is literally steps away and we never had a problem finding a place to step up that was near the steps. Less than a mile to Timbuck II and Food Lion. Never heard a peep from the neighbors after quiet hours. The outdoor shower with hot water was super convenient. This house is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway!

Fantastic location
Love it yall! Crazy good location next to Tim Buck II and we love the beach access was a little less crowded than the Ocean Sands area south of it. We are really happy with this space and location!
