The house was just as viewed in the pictures. Kees was also very responsive. They provided recommendations and suggestions for items within the area as well. The experience was great. The only complaint, is we like to book when leaving for the following year to secure our dates and 2026 is not open to reservations yet.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was modern, spotless, and just a 5-minute drive to the beach. The view was spectacular—we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset through the window every evening. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

The house was beautiful and perfect! Size, location, amenities like pool & hot tub, 10 min walk to the beach (house is soundside - bring bug spray & citronella candles), everything as listed, fit the needs of my entire group of 16 people comfortably. Communicative host, replies & assists in timely manner. 5 min drive to Corolla wild horse tours, lots of great restaurants nearby, 5 min drive to grocery store. Keep in mind gas grill might run out of propane, can purchase at nearby gas station (O B Gas). Highly recommend this house, and would def come back again!

Great location on the Sound Side!
Peaceful setting, beautiful sunsets, and easy to find. Plenty of space for our large group including a bathroom in every bedroom. The elevator was great for luggage. The pool was fantastic for all ages and the hot tub was also enjoyed. Several group members didn't even leave the house during our stay! We enjoyed the long pier for the view, kite flying and fishing. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed to cook our meals. Public beach access (Shad Street) was close by with plenty of parking.

Soundside Dreamer is a gorgeous property and was perfect for our large group(14). There was space for everyone. The pool, hot tub, outdoor spaces, and the dock were great for watching the beautiful Corolla sunsets. The proximity to the 4x4 beach and the wild horses was perfect.

This home is a beautiful new construction property with prime access to the sound and gorgeous sunset views. The property has all the amenities you want for a relaxing hang with your family at the beach - including an elevator which made this an incredible property for our elderly stepfather.

Family Holiday Trip
