With recent updates including new decor, bedspreads, coffee makers, restocked kitchen utensils, outdoor grill set, outdoor furniture and the entire interior has been repainted!

Located just minutes from the quaint Duck Town Park Boardwalk, stroll down to relax among gorgeous sound-side sunsets, or experience some award-winning local cuisine and shops on the stunning waterfront.

A multi-level home with room to relax throughout, the whole group will love its spacious layout. The third level features a roomy living area for the whole family: you'll find plenty of space in the great room to host a family gathering. Everyone will feel right at home sitting together on the comfy couches while watching a great flick on the flatscreen TV. Want to dine indoors or get a little sun? The dining area features a table for eight, as well as access to this level's covered sun deck, which includes table-seating for four and new plywood seating for additional guests. The kitchen, with granite counter-tops and hardwood flooring, is well-equipped with everything necessary to create delicious dishes. For the little ones in the group, a highchair has been provided so no one misses out on the get-together. The third level is also where guests will find the King bedroom that offers private access to the screened-in porch. A Full bath provides an expansive sink area and walk-in shower.

Head down to the second level to find two spacious yet cozy Queen bedrooms, as well as the home's pyramid bunk bedroom - fun for the little ones! A separate room includes a bonus den area, a perfect spot to watch your favorite show or snooze on the brand new full sleeper sofa. Hang out on the wrap-around deck outside, sit back in a rocking chair and listen to the waves in the distance. Convenience lies around every corner - you'll also find the home's laundry area on the first level.

The first level deck invites everyone to come relax in the pool or hot tub. Plenty of seating encompasses the poolside area to lay back and take in the Outer Banks sun. Grill out a delicious meal on the charcoal grill and dine in!

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**For your safety and security, the entrance to this home is monitored by camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
