Ideal location with ocean views and walkable to the town of Duck. The unit was as advertised with a comfortable king bed and a well stocked kitchen. There is also access to a clean community pool. 10/10 would recommend!

The condo was very clean when we arrived, basic necessities were provided like a starter trash bag and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The location was great, three minute drive from downtown duck which we really enjoyed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Just know that there is no ramp or elevator to the condo so you will need to carry your things up one flight of stairs. We had one minor issue which was resolved quickly by the management company. We would recommend this condo to friends and family!

I can't say enough about this place. Being right on the beach and being able to hear the waves was fantastic. Access to the beach was easy. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. All communications with the owner was quick and informative. The kitchen and bathrooms were pristine when we arrived. There was plenty of "start-up" soaps, towels and papergoods.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! We spent three nights here for a long weekend birthday trip, and the condo was great. The location was perfect - right on the beach, the condo was comfortable and looked just like the pictures, and the deck with the ocean view was lovely. KEES provided helpful text messages for how to check in and out, and they even sent me a list of local restaurants that was really handy as it was our first time to the Duck area. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location. Not busy but plenty of families to connect with while kids played.
Our only problem was the TVs really didn’t work. I did ask someone to come and try to connect them but no one showed up. It would have been nice to be able to login to Netflix in the evening.

Perfect Beach Location!
What a treat! This condo has such amazing and easy access to the beach with incredible views as well. This was our 4 year old’s first trip to the beach, and this couldn’t have been any easier for her. The condo was spacious for a family of 3 and had every amenity we could have needed. Absolutely would stay here again!

It was very nice place, walkable and super quick to get to the beach! has very nice local shops and the drive from kitty hawk isn't bad. parking spot is right by the apartment door. other people there were super nice too. Even had a bin with chairs and beach essentials so you didn’t have to purchase anything really.

Great location, the view waking up outside the condo was perfect. Super close to the beach and the pool as well as parking. Very close to the downtown Duck area by walking or biking. The living space was quite well appointed and had good space for my family of 4 both inside the condo and outside on the deck and the front entrance which was nice for storing beach stuff. Great communication with KEES for any questions we had. Would go back again!

Ok here’s the break down.
I went with my wife and two kids (1 and 5 months) I set up pack and plays in living room where they slept worked out great plenty of room for it
Unit was great, clean, ac was ice cold, balcony was awesome, everything looked new within 2 years or less. Has a pull out sofa in addition to the bedroom and the two bunks. There’s an iron, kitchen was FULLY stocked with wares. Bed was plenty comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. BRING EXTRA TOWELS.
Has an assigned parking spot as close to the stair to unit as possible. It’s on the first floor but the second overall. Everything in outer banks is elevated a level. Felt safe all the way through left my beach stuff outside my door and brand new cooler no issue
Didn’t go to the pool at all but looked fine from a distance
The grounds are underwhelming but who gives a damn honestly
You are a two minute driver to the main part of duck which was great
The beach- you are as close as possible to the beach for this complex. Your literally a sand dune away. Here’s the problem for some including me- to get over the dune there is a walkway. Long 3 levels with stairs. If you don’t bring much to the beach no biggie if you do- including kids like me - it’s a morning punishment and again to go back. Otherwise beach was beautiful total family atmosphere very good beach experience.
DUCK - the shops shut down at like 6pm so no boardwalk night shopping
Restaurants were very good, Table and tavern, aqua, NC coast, all excellent- book reservations in advance or go early to eat 500-6 the latest or you are out of luck. Sunset on boardwalk was amazing, stores and food all fairly priced. The shops and restaurants keep odd hours- some restaurants closed on Saturday- shops with weird hours. Do your research
Book the property for proximity to beach and town and the fact it’s fairly new inside.

This is a very nice, well kept, well stocked and enjoyable property. The unit was very clean which is important to us. It's in a great location with beach access just a few steps away. We felt it was great for two people but offers bunk beds for additional guests. We would recommend staying at this property.

Charlie's Casa was perfect for our stay in the Outer Banks. The deck looks out on the ocean and there is a nearby walkway to the beach. We were there out of season, but there were still good restaurants open in Duck as well as further south. All in all a good place for us to explore the area and then come back to this quiet retreat.

great location to the beach, pool, and downtown duck! loved that we could walk from the beach to the unit in less than 5 minutes, big plus with having a toddler who didn't need to go to the potty before we left for the beach, but has the sudden urge to poop as soon as we set up on the beach! pool was great! unit was spotless and fully equipped! though not in the description, the kitchen comes fully stocked, with cutting boards, knives, pots, pans, etc.. we packed kitchen tools because we weren't sure, but didn't have to break out any of the stuff we packed! It was the prefect size for our family of 3.

View is quite stunning. Beach access is very close. Nice location off the main road.
Only caveat (though not the owner's fault) is how noisy the unit above is. We could hear conversations. Building insulation. Once they left, it was blissful...

This is a great condo! Views of the beach are fabulous. You can walk into town or a very short drive. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s beachfront so quick walk to the beach but also has pool if you want. The condo is clean with super comfy bed and sofa! Room for a small family. Well stocked kitchen if you plan to cook : ). Awesome Quick Getaway
Charlie’s Casa is fantastic and a great place to stay for a small family looking to make a quick getaway. We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate the end of the school year. The location is great being so close to Duck, but away from the main drag. The condo itself was well decorated, furnished with anything you might need, and had a great view of the ocean. The pool and beach access was only steps away, which we really appreciated when taking all our beach gear to the beach. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we look forward to returning in a July!

Perfect getaway!
This condo was perfect for our family. Centrally located near the town of Duck, it was very easy to explore both Corolla as well as Kitty Hawk and Nags Head. Great Stay!
This was our first time coming to Duck,NC and we came for our 10-year anniversary. The condo was updated and loved the touches that the owner did to the condo. It was great having a smart TV and Alexa to use. Great view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this place and hope to return for our 11-year anniversary.
