K9009 Parrotdise 7 bedroom home at Ocean Sands

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Parriotdise!! The home was so clean and spacious! We have a big family, but everyone was comfortable and there was plenty to do! KEES was great with communication, and very responsive! We will definitely use them again for our vacation needs!

This was a great place for the four families that we had there. Plenty of room to have quiet time or a great play room for the kids when you needed to get involved. Extra equipment in the kitchen to make slushy drink for the kids or adults and an ice cream machine.
Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Most bedrooms had their own bathroom which was awesome. Hot tub and pool were clean and inviting. Plenty of deck space on the upper floors.

We had a great stay ! Our party of 11 had plenty of room in this well appointed house. The pool and hot tub were a real plus. Our needs were addressed promptly when I asked questions. Would highly recommend

“The perfect vacation spot” is a bit cliche. However, this one is. Great renovations, super clean and walking distance to the ocean, restaurants and entertainment. Walks in the evening lead to beautiful sunsets over the sound. The swimming pool at the house was very well thought out, a bathroom and bar area with frozen drink machine right inside. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space to spread out through the property. The additional space on the mid level worked out great for kids movies, gaming, and remote work/learning. The property is well lit at night to play basketball and corn hole. On the top level is a patio heater that took the chill out of the air, owner has even provided plenty of pellets to feed the heater. Very large decks with plenty of quality deck furniture. Kitchen very well equipped with TWO dishwashers, large air fryer and latte machine. All appliances are up to date and in good working order. Plenty of seating in dining room and living room. I could go on and on with the property, better seeing in person! We have found our yearly family vacation spot! Check out Bernie’s Brothers for deck dining (fish tacos are great!) and Big Bucks for homemade ice cream.

Great location, lots of space… 4 families and we did not feel like we were right in top of each other. 2 dishwashers in kitchen was GREAT! Pool and hot tub were also a big hit.

We had a great family vacation. The house had a lot of pots, pans, and utensils to use The pool was refreshing after spending time at the beach. It was easily accessible and clean. We enjoyed the bikes. The walk to the beach was a little far. We transported beach gear and people back and forth from the beach using our truck and our golf cart. There was no room to leave a vehicle at the beach access area. The house is in a great location close to restaurants, shaping, and grocery stores.

Kees Vacations in OBX is wonderful for families who need to regroup and reconnect with each other. Three branches of my family were under one roof for a week, and it was the most amazing time. The beach is close, the pool is amazing for those weird family members who don't like the beach, and the layout of the homes give enough privacy--and AMPLE BATHROOMS-- for every one. Highly recommend. Thank you for an amazing time.

Our stay at Parrotdise was amazing. The house was clean and spacious with everything you could need. It is a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to a nice shopping center. The 3rd floor is great for the family with a large kitchen and a family style table. The couch and TV made it really nice to chill on the rainy days. Our only issue was the hot tub that took almost 3 days to fix. Would definitely recommend this house as long as maintenance people are staying on top.

This home was perfect for a large family. The amenities were perfect especially loved the amount and different sizes of pots and pans. Wonderful customer service with quick responses. Great place our family made lifetime memories there.

We all really enjoyed staying at this property. The home was clean and inviting, and having all the space and private bathrooms was a huge perk. We especially loved gathering in the living room and watching the sunset from the top balcony. The hot tub was divine and the neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach. We saw dolphins one morning as we watched the sunset at the nearest residential beach access. Kees was extremely responsive to a few questions we had and the housekeeping staff was top notch and provided us with extra linens when needed. We will definitely be back!

This house is the place to spend your Labor Day weekend in the Outer Banks! A 3 minute walk to the beach, has a pool and grill and sleeps 14 people comfortably. We had an absolute blast celebrating a bachelor/bachelorette party and the house was everything and more!

The home was not in the beach but was a quick walk. The area was nice and quiet. Restaurants and groceries were about 5-10 min away. Great home in a great area. The staff coming in every day to change our towels etc was appreciated.
