Welcome to Queen Elizabeth by KEES Vacations!
Queen Elizabeth offers top-tier amenities to make for an unforgettable vacation. Among the other homes in the Nags Head Shores community, relax in the epitome of luxury with sweeping ocean views and top of the line entertainment throughout this beautiful home. Shades of royal plum, soft blues, greens, and grey are echoed throughout the interior of the home and will sooth your mind.
Outside of the back of the home you can relax by the private heated pool, the 6-person hot tub underneath the sheltered trellis or whip up some fresh local fish for the whole family on the gas grill. After taking a dip in the ocean, come back home via private beach access and spritz up in one of the two 2 outdoor showers.
Come back inside on the first level of the Queen Elizabeth, and you will find the recreation lounge, which boasts a large flat screen smart TV, pool table, and shuffleboard. There is a wet bar with sink and full refrigerator for those casual nights in. You will also find the private home theater with tiered seating, as well as a bar area in the back with additional seating. A laundry room is also located on this level and includes two stackable washer and dryer units. There is a half bath with ease of access to and from the pool area. Also on the first level, you will find an opulent King En Suite with contemporary wallpaper and luxurious bedding.
Heading up to the second level you will find comfortable and stylish sleeping accommodations including four King En Suites, two of which have gorgeous ocean views and rear deck access. Two kid-friendly Twin En Suites are also located on this level. One contains two Twin Bunk sets, the other has two extra-large Twin beds which can be converted into a King for your convenience.
The third level of this home features an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and radical ocean views. You will find a dining area and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with plenty of cabinets and a spacious granite island for all your cooking needs. A powder room is located on this level as well. An expansive sun deck is easily accessible from the great room and provides unobstructed views of the Atlantic which will surely leave you awestruck. There is a King En Suite where you can relax and admire the spectacular Outer Banks sunsets.

This property has 8 parking spaces for guests.
Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
Check-In is at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will be provided at this time.

Family time
The location was wonderful. Had full house with ages between 6 months and 76 with plenty of space for everyone. Kids loved the theater. My family and friends absolutely loved this place! We were literally right on the beach! Walk out the back door across the pool and you are in the sand. The movie room and elevator were an added plus. And we were like a 2 minute drive from Food Lion so we could buy groceries to cook instead of eat out every night. Such a fun rental for a large group! We were 11 adults and 9 young kids and slept very comfortably. Plenty of space for everyone’s daytime needs as well. Multiples of appliances was super useful. Well located, the beach access was incredible. The area is flushed with grocery stores, souvenir shops, ice cream, restaurant etc so it was super easy to get what we needed. Many places walking distance as well. It’s super hard to keep a space like this clean, especially with the sand, so I recommend having Kees organize a cleaner to come a few times a week. We had a few issues (door handle fell off, hot tub was murky) that they dealt with quickly. Only complaint was that there was a large water damage spot on the floor of the downstairs kitchenette that was not disclosed, the grill was left quite dirty, and some trash in the grass around the property. This place is beautiful, clean, great for large groups. The kitchen has everything you need and beyond. Each floor has amenities above and beyond what you would expect. We really enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working so we couldn’t use it the first two days of our stay. Other than that, everything was amazing! Wonderful Time With The Whole Family - The accommodations were perfect for the different age groups. the teen boys loved the pool table, the shuffleboard table, The video game, plus everyone loved the pool and the cabana service. The kitchen was very well stocked with a wide variety and sizes of pans.We loved the kitchen with two of everything and the ice machine was used by everyone. The small issues were taken care of immediately! Would recommend this to everyone with a large group!
