K8018 Beach Bound & Down

Great house in a great location. We generally cook in, and there was plenty of cookware available. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, so I wasn't able to rate them, but I'm sure they would have been fine. Beds were very comfortable, to the point we are looking for a new mattress for our house like we slept on. Plenty of room to sit in the great room, big table for six to sit at. The second level TV nook was a great place for work, and the chairs were nice to read in. The decks are great, sun in the morning in the back and in the afternoon in the front. Fully fenced in yard meant the dog could run and we didn't have to worry. Great neighborhood, close to good restaurants, Food Lion, etc.. Would highly recommend

The rental process was very smooth and I would definitely recommend and will use them again. We had one minor issue with the elevator (our fault, not one of the elevator itself). I called Friday evening and reported the issue and a maintenance person called me back within 30 mins. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful home with comfortable furnishings. Plenty of space for 6 to 8 adults. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Close walk to the beach. The elevator was a plus. Would definitely rent again.

The house was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we loved all the balconies for having a cup of coffee or reading. The kids loved the heated pool (although it is small). The grownups really enjoyed the hot tub especially since the weather wasn't hot. A fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs and they enjoyed walks in the quiet neighborhood. Public beach access was just around the corner and we spent happy hours there. A grocery store was just a minute away making it really convenient to cook at the house. Finally, the elevator was really handy for bringing luggage and groceries up and for myself with a sore knee. This was our favorite beach vacation ever and we highly recommend Beach Bound and Down.

Perfect week at the beach
Our house was clean and well-supplied with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and the kids spent hours swimming. There were several nice balconies for having a quiet cup of coffee or reading. The beach was a 3-4 minute walk and we had a great time walking and playing in the surf; even looking for ghost crabs one night! The neighborhood was quiet and we were just one minute from a Food Lion. All in all it was our favorite beach vacation and we highly recommend Beach Bound and Down.

Our week here was terrific! Super easy walk to the beach, pool was heated, which was nice, and we used the jacuzzi frequently. Loved having a fenced-in yard for our littles to run around in and for playing cornhole, etc. Missed not being able to see the beach, but the house was perfect for us in every other way. The rental company was very easy to communicate with via text and email; and always responded to texts within minutes. We highly recommend!

The house was very nice. It was only a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. These features made time away from the beach enjoyable. The elevator made loading and unloading groceries and luggage easy. It's a great property for a vacation. Look forward to staying here again next time we are in OBX.

This property hosted by Kee's Vacations was all that we could ask for. It's one block from the beach, within walking distance from a supermarket, and there's a cute ice cream shop around the corner. The check-in and check-out process were among the easiest I've experienced from Airbnb properties. The house was in great condition, and the best part is that Kee's Vacations was super responsive in answering our questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Now Playing was a lovely home for our family to spend a portion of our spring break. We were pleasantly surprised by the hot tub since it was not pictured in the listing. Just a short walk to the beach, local restaurant, and very close to many other amenities. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation! :)

We had a great time! The house was a quick walk to the beach, near a yummy ice cream shop, and close to grocery stores. This 3.5 bats worked great for our group of 8. The house met our needs for our beach getaway. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The elevator was great for unloading groceries and luggage. The kitchen could use some more kitchen supplies but other than that it was absolutely great! We shall return.

We had an awesome stay at this house! It was the perfect size for 8 guests and easily walkable to 2 beach accesses. It was very clean and convenient. I would highly recommend this rental!

Definitely worth it!! Now Playing was everything it says it is, so spacious and clean and comfortable! Me and my friends loved staying here for the weekend and we really appreciated how hassle free it was we had no snags, but if we would have I know kees would have reached out quickly!!

Heated pool is great for soaking up the sun in the morning, then hot tub is covered for daytime staying out of the sun. Location is perfect, as it is quiet being off the main roads.

If you come to the Outer Banks, you must stay in this house. It's gorgeous, clean, and conveniently located near the beach. The layout of the house is perfect for families.

Great location! Lovely clean home that is very close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Having the elevator was great getting larger suitcases upstairs. Walking distance to grocery store and local coffee shop. Kees were super fast in their response to a maintenance issue and had it resolved that day. Planning on staying here again.
