Great Beach house for a HUGE crew!
The house was perfect for all the kids and different families! We enjoyed every inch of this 3 story house! The pool was perfect, paid to have it heated and it worked once we were there for the night. The hot tub was nice! Kitchen was pretty well stocked, bathrooms pretty much in every room. The added ice machine downstairs was perfect for the coolers! Couldn’t ask for more!!

Our group of 11 young adults felt this house was extremely ideal for our four night stay. The proximity to the ocean along with the other amenities were extremely nice especially at a very affordable price. There was ample parking and overall space to feel right at home without feeling directly on top of neighbors and other guests.

The location of this home was PERFECT. It is right on the beach, 3 minute drive from grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, Brew Thru’s, etc. (even the Emergency Room/Urgent Care is close, hopefully you don’t need that though but it gave us a sense of peace!)
The rooms were even better than the pictures. There was FOUR Master Bedrooms, with their private bathroom/shower which our group loved. The pool table room was a lot bigger than we expected and the kitchen/3rd floor had plenty of room for all of us (15 people) to comfortably eat and congregate together.
The Host themselves was very friendly and reached out to check-in numerous times. We had a slight mixup in expected dates of stay and they went about it very professionally/accommodating. We left an item (very expensive item) and they reached out to confirm if this was ours which shows how honorable they are.
The house is slightly weathered, but everything was working/pleasant. I highly recommend staying here.

I loved this rental. You will get your stairs in on your Fitbit. The house was really clean and we paid to heat the pool, which the kids and adults all loved. The house is beautiful. All the dishes and everything was furnished in the kitchen. The grocery stores are a short distance away and the outlet mall is about a mile away. It is a great community to rent in. Everyone was nice and the area is safe and clean. We walked down 14 house to the event house and never had a fear of walking in a group. There is a really good ice cream place about 12 houses down. Don't forget to stop at Duck Donuts. Oh my. They are made fresh and warm. This house is the perfect family house. I would go here again in a heart beat.

Just Book It!
This location is absolutely beautiful! The house is so spacious you have your privacy while still being able to enjoy the company of everyone you traveled with when you want. The services were such a nice treat (pool/hot tub service, cabana and beach chair set up) these little things were the icing on the cake. Don’t sweat the small stuff, keep in mind this is a rental on the beach and just enjoy!

Had a few minor items, largest was not enough, one, outside trash containers. Not enough with once a week (out of season in mid May) for 12+ guests. Kees did respond with an additional pickup. House is a bit worn, but comfortable. Location is typical for the area on the beach. House is not disability accessible, 2 flights of stairs, 30 steps total, to get from ground level to kitchen and some of the bedrooms. Probably typical of the area, but it is a lot of climbing. Parking good enough for 6 cars off the driveway and another 6 on the driveway.

We had a lovely stay at the Sundancer. The house was spacious and laid out well. We loved the hot tub and sauna. The HUGE dining table and separate breakfast table were perfect for playing board games and eating together. We loved having two master bedrooms so both couples could enjoy that private space, with lots of extra bedrooms for the kids to space out and play. And a big living room for hanging out and watching movies. The location on the beach was perfect, with easy access to town amenities.

Wonderful stay in Nags Head. House has a great location close to everything. House has 2 master bedrooms which was nice. House has plenty of bedrooms. Bathrooms are a little small. Nice hot tub. Pool was closed. Right on the beach. Great value. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

The house is in an awesome location, and Kees was seriously great during our stay!! I had my full family, including siblings and nieces and nephews there, and they helped me out with all of my questions with quick responses and attention to detail before and during my stay. We unfortunately went during the one week that was slightly colder and rainy, and Kees quickly helped me with getting someone out to turn the heater on for the pool mid-stay so we could get the kids outside as much as possible. The house is large, perfect for larger groups and families, and the location is really great with super quick private access to the beach. Everyone we met, from those setting up the cabana on the beach to the pool maintenance people were really nice and helpful! Would definitely rent with Kees again!

spectacular view from the entire living room room and kitchen room area, and the main room upstairs, you wake up with a view to the beach! Everything we needed was in the kitchen even games! My family and I loved it! Had a blast in the sauna as well.

Excellent spot for a getaway with friends
The house is big enough to accommodate a large group, and the location is great. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Plenty of seating both inside and outside for dining as well as socializing. Beds were comfortable (great sheets!). The management company checked in every day to make sure we had everything we need. We would definitely come back!

A castle away from home
What an amazing house! We came here for my bachelor party and it was the perfect house and location for a relaxing weekend. The complimentary cabana service was amazing and the company was extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you!

Wonderful home!
This is a fantastic house! We had 19 people and there was plenty of room. All of the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, and there was plenty of living space. The house is truly on the beach and the pool was perfect. Ice maker, two fridges...so helpful for a large group. Super clean and tons of supplies. We all had a great, great time! The management company was fantastic and took care of every need. I would book this house again in a heartbeat!
