The view was absolutey beautiful! We spent majority of our visit in the backyard and on the dock. We were able to walked to get coffee every morning at Ashley's expresso parlor, walked to chili peppers for dinner and the beach. The photos did not do the house and location enough justice! Absolutely worth the trip, we look forward to coming back!

Beautiful home and location offering great views of the bay and incredible sunsets.
Our kids loved swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub and jumping off the dock!
Easy walk (or drive) to get over to the beach. Nice, walkable neighborhood with a great path along the bay.

This home was so comfortable and inviting in every respect. The house is well outfitted and luxurious, with modern touches everywhere. However it felt cozy and homey at the same time, with plenty of comfortable seating and an incredibly large, well-stocked kitchen, making mealtimes easy. Multiple people were able to work in the kitchen at the same time and the rest of the family was able to gather around the counter bar, table, or family room - perfect!
Nothing compares to the beautiful sunset - we planned our days around being able to be back at the house for the sunset, because the view was perfection - awe inspiring! We miss the house and the views already and will definitely be back!

Unbelievable location and value. You get 3 separate floors for multiple families, an incredible pool/spa, dock for kayaking in the sound, and only an easy 3-4 minute drive to the beach! Our family loved the pool and cooking in the huge kitchen on the second floor. Kees were great and receptive to our needs. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home inside and out with spectacular sound front views. The photos are good, but don’t do this home justice! Lots of space to enjoy a quiet book, fire or family/friends fun! This home has plenty for every age! The porches and patios are great as is the backyard and sunsets from the top deck is a must! Just go!

The Sunset Beach/Bay house was easy to find. The description on the AirBnB website was accurate. It was spacious and hosted our family well. We were able to be together and have our own space as well. It is close to the beach, and shopping. It was convenient to use as a home away from home. The kitchen is designed to be a chef’s kitchen and we love to cook! We enjoyed all the convenient features! It also was sparkly clean!

Only aspect that was less than ideal was the hot tub wasn’t working but there are numerous other amenities to enjoy which kept everyone engaged and occupied! Design and quality of the house is spectacular.

Everything in this house is high end from the appliances to the TVs, Kitchen, faucets, AC, beds, showers, you name it. House looks brand new. The Master Bedroom on the 3rd floor may be the biggest I have ever seen that is practical and usable. The Zillow photos are obviously prior to the massive renovation. My kids loved the house and so did the grandparents. BTW, has an Elevator that goes to all floors. The WiFi was on the blink while we were there, which made keeping up with work tough....which was fantastic. Pool was wonderful. If you haven't been to this area before, leave you boat at home as Ablemarle Sound is 6' deep max and the first couple hundred yards from shore are 1-1.5' deep, so super shallow boats only. We saw very few boats on the water all week. Upon arrival, the WiFi password was incorrect and the code to get into the house was also incorrect, which made for a little delay in on boarding. Upon arrival the clean up crew had forgotten to take out the level 1 trash, but took care of it. All in all, I didn't see a nicer house with better amenities. If you like to be spoiled a little, this is the one.

This was my first Airbnb. I am a diehard hotel fan. I will say, now I am an Airbnb fan if I want a big house with everything in it. It is hard to please me, but this place did it. The pictures do not do enough justice. This place was stunning. The whole time my family and I were saying this felt like a home vs. just a place to stay. The "home feeling," was throughout the house. I will be back again!
