Nice house. It is as advertised.
Pool was a good size for a small family and was well maintained.
House overall was well maintained and we enjoyed it.
Easy walk to the beach with a convenient beach access between the house and the beach.

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, kid friendly, and clean. The garage had pool toys, lawn games, and boogie boards which were wonderful. There are plenty of books and board games and a beautiful pool table for rainy days. The sand lot out back isn't good for playing but perfect for our dogs. The pool was perfect! I would recommend bringing toilet paper and paper towels with you. There are two baby gates provided and plenty of pillows. The location is perfect, the beach couldn't be nicer, and the view is beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay there again

Bikini Bottom was a fabulous home for our first vacation with our baby. Kees was very proactive and left clear instructions for everything we needed. Great location, proximity to the beach and town. Private pool was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Bikini Bottom was clean upon arrival and is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool table was a hit and the outdoor pool was great to use when not at beach.

Description and pictures of house were spot on. Super easy check-in. Beach is one street over, it was wonderful to sit out on the top porch and be able to see the ocean!! Outdoor shower was perfect to rinse the kids off before going into the pool or before going into the house. We had a wonderful family vacation and cannot wait to go again! We will definitely rent from Kees Vacations again- highly recommend their houses!!

We Traveled to OBX for our girls spring break vacation. The house was in a great location, we rented bikes two blocks away and it made getting around even more fun!! The beach access was so close. The only complaint we had was the outside water was not on, so we couldn’t use the water hose to rinse chairs off after the beach or use the outside shower. Otherwise it was a Great Relaxing week in OBX!!!

Great place to stay for vacation. House was in walking distance to the beach, with great views of the water from inside. Great space for a family or friends looking to get away. The house had a fully stocked kitchen, plus tons of games and books!

The house is in a great location, with two beach access points within walking distance! Overall, it was very clean and spacious. There was a lot of room for parking and areas for everyone to hang out upstairs. There was no cable, but a Roku on every TV. Just something to be aware of! I would definitely use Kees again and recommend them to family and friends!

We enjoyed an excellent stay at Kees Vacations in spite of some "iffy" weather.
The house was well equipped and in good condition. We had an A/C issue that was fixed in short order and we were impacted hardly at all. It was a treat to have the pool just outside the back door, and it was only a short walk to the beach. We could see the waves from our third-story windows. We plan to return again.

We LOVED this house. Perfectly located right by the beach. Quite, the house was nicely organized and the layout was wonderful. Our kids loved every second. They didn't want to leave at all. The backyard has a sandbox, which is perfect for the kids.

Convenient location with easy beach access, just a few minutes from sites like Wrights Brothers (can see memorial from house) and Jockey's Ridge State Park, close to restaurants. House was clean, comfortably furnished with several gathering areas; well equipped. Most of outdoor deck furniture is on the top floor deck - other decks only had one chair. Outdoor shower and hose by pool area. Accommodated pet, which fenced pool area and sand lot work well for our dog. House did have a few board games, puzzles. Is across street from a Budget Inn so not just residential area but enough separation, did have view of ocean. Information provided by property management was accurate.

Fantastic trip! The house was impeccably clean when we arrived and it had everything you could want stocked in the kitchen. We received an email welcoming us and asking if everything was okay, and another email with great recommendations for local fare and activities. Location is great as well, we can’t wait to come back!

This was such a great house! We had 6 people total (4 adults and 2 children) and had more than enough room. It had everything we needed and the bonus room with pool table and TV. Floats and beach chairs were provided (located in garage). Location is amazing and you have such a great view from the back decks. We would love to come back!

You won't be disappointed with Bikini Bottom! Very clean, and just a skip away from the ocean. House was super nice, pool clean. Only problem was I have elderly parents, and the television was a little complicated, because it was a smart television Rokou (sp). Didn't have enough towels either. Awesome place!

After checking into a hotel in KDH, we quickly needed to make a change after our first next for the remainder of our week in OBX. Kees got us into this house and all taken care of within 2 hours. The pictures don’t even do this space justice. It’s even more spacious, beautiful and bright than it looks online. It was cleaned exceptionally well. Sparkling! Decor is well done, amenities are updated, kitchen is week stocked with great cookware and we were a mere block from the ocean! Neighborhood is very quiet, friendly and safe. Kees was super communicative throughout the stay and reached out to even offer some local dining suggestions. We were so comfortable at this home and would gladly stay again!

Excellent Stay!
We LOVED this house! So many amenities and offerings. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Bottom floor was really nicer than expected with a sectional and tv for some relax time. We were not sure how’d we’d like the sandpit off the pool, but it was great! Only negative was that the propane tank was out of gas, and we had planned all our meals around the grill. Also, the pool had a ton of sand in it, but I guess that’s expected with the surrounding sandpit. Not upset enough to take off a star. Really nice to be able to bring your pups too!

Very nice stay!
House was exactly what it says it is! Close to the beach, bikes available for use, and we loved it was pet friendly! Good recommend to others! Only downfall was I was told I would receive an email for check in and never did until I got there, even though I called a day before to confirm the check in process with a Kees employee. The Kees employee told me to just call when I got there, but when I got there and called (in the rain) and someone else told me I needed the email. Just a bit confusing.

Beautiful home
Bikini bottom did not dissapoint! My family (sox adults) stayed here for 3 nights the beginning of October. Enjoyed the pool as the weather was perfect, all the ladies were in love with the decor and comfort, took advantage of the bikes and kite in the garage! We will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend this rental home!
