Excellent stay! We would definitely come back to this home. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and cookware, we did have to purchase a few pot holders for cooking.
Hand soaps were missing from some of the bathrooms.
Although we understand that it is a beach area, there was an issue with roaches, but it was handled quickly by the host.
Overall we had an excellent stay!
There was plenty of room for 14 people. We loved having our individual bathrooms.

The house is perfectly laid out for large groups. Each bedroom and bathroom is large enough to accommodate two adults per room and plenty of common rooms to accommodate various activities. The kitchen and living room and dining room are large enough for plenty. Great location! Awesome views.

Impressed with the house
It was a great house for a big group. To start with, the house is exactly as you would imagine after seeing the pictures from the listing. The beach is very close by and hence the views are great, pool and Jacuzzi were well maintained and the location vibe was very good. Kitchen had all the utilities you would need for a large group. We were also able to use the grill to the max. The backyard was huge and we could play many outdoor games in the space. Kees customer service was very responsive and they were helpful for any issues we had during the stay. Only thing in the entire house that did not meet our expectations was the elevator which was very slow and some times non responsive. We missed using the music system for most of our stay, it was decent. There is a grocery store close by with all the required necessities

Dolphin show!
We loved staying at MerSea, very fun, super comfortable, great view and easy beach access. The best parts were all of the pods of dolphins, pelicans doing fly bys of the living room windows, relaxing walks on the beach and shells galore! The house is nicely decorated, luxurious but welcoming, and the game room, pool table, theater room and hot tub were the perfect diversions when not on the beach! Plenty of space, nice kitchen and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Great yard and loved having our dog along. Isola’s had delicious pizza and we also had yummy sandwiches from Kat’s Deli. We would love to stay again!

This home was incredible! Better than pictures. Spacious, heated pool, game room, movie room, and double of everything... including 2 refrigerators, 2 dish washers, coffee machines, etc. It was wild! More room than we needed. Thank you!

The house is very beautiful and was perfect for our large gathering! There were a few minor issues that were resolved with a call to customer service. So everyone was happy and many great memories were made. Highly recommend this house and company. We look forward to booking again for 2024!

Beautiful large new house with great location
We had a great time with our family at this house. It is brand new construction, so it was very clean. The kitchen was very large and great to use to cook for the family! Everyone had space to themselves and spaces to congregate. The yard is very large. The pool and hot tub were a hit! The beach access is just a few houses down! The. Daily cabana and chairs was nice so we didn’t have to drag ours out each day! Great escape!
