Buxton experienced erosion in late 2025, subsequently, this home has been moved from its original location to a new location to account for the rising tides. This home is still in great condition with excellent views of the Atlantic Ocean in Buxton.

Start your vacation by unwinding in the shaded lounge area. Fire up fresh local seafood on the gas or charcoal grills. Beach access is conveniently located through the gate, with two outdoor showers and a cabana half-bath awaiting your return from the ocean.

Step inside to find a custom recreation room equipped with a pool table, wet bar, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine—perfect for keeping snacks and drinks handy. This level also features a King bedroom with deck access and a bunk room with two Pyramid Twin bunks. A shared full bath completes the level.

Walk up to the second level of the home to find four King En Suites. One of the King En Suites has access to a covered deck and handicap features such as a roll-in shower and roll-under sink. There is also a washer and dryer on this level for your use.

Cape Point is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!

Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.

This property has 7 parking spots for guests.
