Had a wonderful week with family. Loved all the on suite bedrooms! Loved the shop and restaurant across the street and the beach access was easy and short walk. Parking could be tough with multiple cars in both homes. Kees was very responsive and helpful!!!

The stay was amazing and the house is really incredible. So close to the beach and you could see the waves from the upstairs kitchen area. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom, so there was no hassle getting ready. The downstairs game room was always lively and a great way to pass some time between outings. Kees Vacation provided plenty of recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Their response time to any questions was great and they were super helpful! The check in and check out process also could not be easier. I highly recommend this stay and any of Kees Vacations stays at this point. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

Great vacation property. Excellent beach access without needing to cross the street. Lots of nice places to eat within walking distance. Pool is small but nice when heated, ensuite bathrooms in every room. Management was easy to contact and fixed minor issues when needed but overall this house is well kept up for a vacation rental. Will plan to stay in a kees home again in Outer Banks.

This beach house was a DREAM! We loved it the minute we walked in the door! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Linens were soft and beds were comfy. We loved that every bedroom had a private bathroom. We enjoyed the pool, the many patios and the beach was just across the street! Beach was clean and BEAUTIFUL! It had all the perfect accommodations for a big group like our family. We will definitely stay here again!

Family Respite
Fantastic home to bring a family of 9 including 3 dogs together for a few days of much needed downtime. Having multiple refrigerators and dishwashers was a surprise at first but very much needed with that many people. We plan to visit again!

Other than a few minor issues, this house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the beach. With 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the 10 people that stayed in the house all had their own private space. Highly recommended.

Business meeting
We had a great 3-day stay at this property. Tons of room for everyone to be comfortable. Great kitchen and the downstairs area was great for entertaining. We used the 3rd floor TV as a presentation screen for our meeting and it worked out perfect. Close to beach too for a quick after work swim.

Great location and amenities
We stayed at this property for a week and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and size/layout of the house. All bedrooms were en suite and plenty of space upstairs in the living area. Check in and check out were very smooth and communication with the property manager was easy. Would return to another Kees property in the future.

A great location for a fall beach getaway. Easy beach access, clean, comfortable beds. We also enjoyed walking to the cute shops in the area. Even though it is a row back we had nice ocean views and even saw dolphins from the breakfast table one day. The host provided excellent communication.

Very Nice!
This is a beautiful property, and the location is second to none. It is about 50 feet to the beach path, with beautiful views of the ocean from the living space. The check in was seamless with the code working on time. The property was VERY clean, with some very minor areas for improvement. (Floors throughout the property needed to be wet-mopped. Socks were filthy after walking around, there was tape and ends of crepe paper decorations stuck to window frames-which we removed. It feels like nit-picking to even mention these things, but without sharing there is no way to improve) Furniture was clean and comfortable, linens were provided as expected and the home was odor-free. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. We enjoyed the amenities, location and overall level of care that was evident in keeping this property maintained. Really great experience!

Great home, quality furnishings and equipment. Every bedroom has access to a deck and outside neighborhood is quite and clean. There is a private Cabana Service that is absolutely amazing and truly made our experience as we didn't need to tote tents or chairs. A little room for improvement but over all experience was a solid 5 stars, highly recommend.

This is a great beach house! My group of 9 stayed very comfortably, we appreciated how each bedroom had a comfortable bed + bath. The hot tub and small pool were a great addition too! Kees was very easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed for a great stay. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, and you can see the ocean from the house. Our only suggestion is to bring some of your own basic necessities, such as cooking oil, trash bags, cleaning/counter top spray, & laundry detergent.

It was a great house for a group— including 5 toddlers! The rooms were so beautiful, and each family had plenty of space! It was an easy walk to the beach and the cabana/chair set up was an awesome perk. There were even 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and an industrial ice maker. We only left the house to go to the beach!
Kees was very quick responding to all our questions and needs, and check in and out was easy.
A note for other guests with disabilities (I am in a wheelchair). It is very accessible inside— large doorways, an accessible shower on the 2nd level, and a great elevator. I would just note for future guests in wheelchairs that there is not an accessible entrance to get into the house— only stairs. There is a very close sand path to the beach that makes it doable to access with a (motorized) beach wheelchair as well.

This is a beautiful home with excellent amenities. It is an easy walk to the beach and near everything in the area. The elevator makes going up and down 3 levels so easy for those with disabilities. It has 3 refrigerators and a huge ice machine! Makes for a very easy and pleasant vacation! Will return for sure!

This house has it all - great location and access to the beach, close proximity to many restaurants and ice cream shops, clean/stylish house with great views, and fun amenities.
