We thought the property was perfect for our needs, easy walk to the beach, the pool was fantastic and well located. Corolla is the best of the Outer Banks it seemed to us. Can't say enough good about it.

Very cute little cottage. Perfect for myself and my friend or if two couples wanted private bedrooms for a short stay. Close to several restaurants, shopping and grocery. A 2 minute drive to the beach, right up the road from the Whalehead Club. Would recommend or stay again.

Cute cottage
Very nice cottage. Close to things we like to do in Corral. Clean and well stock with things you need for a weekend or a week. Quite area. Would stay there again.

Was a perfect spot, size and location for my 3 year old son, fiancé and myself, it was super family friendly and even tho the pool could be bigger for the amount of condos it worked out very well.. family’s seemed to time out the pool time well and when there was other families everyone was nice, talkative and vey approachable. A/c inside worked great a was a big plus!!!! But we loved it and would absolutely come back.. thank you!!!

It was a lovely condo. 4 older women, stayed. 2 nice suites. Very minimal cooking supplies. NOT walking distance to beach. 7 min walk to GET to looooong walkway for barracuda beach. Short drive north to corolla vilage beach. Lovely, easy walk and close HP parking. We had cool misty weather, so did not use pool. Looked nice. Should have info sheet with wifi info, and tv instructions.

Wonderful location, very easy and convenient to get to everything. A less than 10min walk to the beach, super easy to get to. Very clean and quiet stay in the off season. Overall great place to stay and great communication.

This is the cutest cottage! There were 4 of us and it was the perfect size for us to all stay comfortably. It was clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. And the pool is lovely. We highly recommend staying here!

Exactly what our family of three needed for our vacation. About a 5-7 minute walk to the water with the beach access path. Highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable stay that is close to the beach and a short drive to the local restaurants or shops.

Very good location to relax, if you like noise, don’t go there. This place is so quiet that you can hear a mosquito flying outside. I loved it and would stay again. Is a new unit. Very easy check in. We all slept like a baby. We had a good time.

This location is simply perfect because everything you can possibly need is within 2 miles. Walmart is 20 miles, 30 minutes away if you MUST. Beach access is a rock throw away between condos 13 and 14? So splurge a little, grab a nice kite from Kitty Hawk Kites, walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

Super cute, and was basically new on the inside. A nice little spot for a few people to stay in.
You’re about a 10 minute walk from the beach, and the majority of the walk is very nice. Even if someone is outside it’s hard to hear them, which makes it feel a little more private.
Loved the little grill and shower set up outside for us to use. They had all the utensils we needed to pretty much cook anything we wanted, and we love to cook.
All the linen was was clean, and towels were all wrapped in their own bags.

This was our first visit to the OBX due to a family reunion. We had a very nice stay, and the property that we stayed at, Sail Boat Cottage at Beacon Quarters of Corolla, was just right for us. The atmosphere was great, family friendly, not too far from the beach, shopping, and activities.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent. When we arrived our key code was incorrect. It was 1:30AM. We were able to call and they had someone (who had been sleeping) call us and provide us a new code that worked. Absolutely phenomenal service. The condo is exceptionally clean. Pathway to the beach goes through the woods but it is lit and great signs directing you. We will for sure be back! Thank you!!!!

Great little villa; perfect for our family of four. I thought it would be noisy because the villas are close to each other but we didn’t hear anything from the nearby units. The units are well stocked with all possible kitchen appliances. Well located to the beach; we enjoyed the walk to the beach. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. It was a great value for the cost and very well kept.

We had a great stay at Sailboat Cottage. The cottage was as beautiful as the pictures and was incredibly clean. Everything seemed brand new!
We enjoyed walking to the beach and sound. We stayed in December, so the pool was closed, but we look forward to swimming on our next visit!
This cottage was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of room at the kitchen island for us to eat dinner together. Besides the beach, there was a lot to do within a 15 minute drive of the cottage— Historic Corolla, Corolla beach, wild horse tours, the Duck boardwalk, and lots of restaurants which were open despite the off-season and COVID-19.
We definitely plan to visit again!
