Perfect spot for friends' trip. Our stay at Marriott Bonvoy (Kees Vacation property) at outer bank was fantastic. The rooms were spacious enough for all of us, and the location was ideal for hitting the beach and exploring nearby towns.

Easy walk to the beach close to stores and was a nice stay overall. Lots of things in the kitchen to use so that was great and a regular coffee pot and a keurig! We had a great time

The house was perfect for the amount of people that stayed. Plenty of sleeping space and private areas to get away. There are three refrigerators and two dishwashers so it made cleaning and storing food incredibly easy. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. Walk to the beach is only a few minutes and very easy to find. Overall my entire family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The house was perfect for the amount of people that stayed. Plenty of sleeping space and private areas to get away. We loved this house! It was spacious enough for large groups and the heated pool option was awesome for the spring months. It was an easy 10 min walk to the beach and having a grocery store close by was super convenient. The host was very responsive to my questions and we can't wait to come back some day. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful location, well stocked home with linens, kitchen utensils and gadgets. The 3 refrigerators help in separating food drinks and fun items for kids. Kees was quick in responding to a question & my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Grocery stores are a 5 min drive, good dining options & fun activities to enjoy. Beach is truly less than a 8 min walk. We are considering making it our annual vacay home!

Family vacation
Loved the location. House was perfect. Only issue we had was leaving the trafffic on route 12 was horrible 2 hours to drive 9.9 miles they really need to fix the traffic issue

Would recommend this place to future travelers. The house was very nice, lots of beds and bathroom. Downstairs is nice setup with the shuffle board and pool table. Also has a nice pool and hot tub setup.

Wonderful home, Very spacious and tidy. the bathrooms were amazing and definitely one of my favorite parts! Kees responds pretty quickly. Beach is not far, and home isn’t far from Harris Teeter or Food Lion. Check-in and check-out were very simple and clear. all questions answered.

This place was AMAZING!!! We made a lot of great memories with the family. We had more than enough room for the family. It’s always a plus when you can take one of the rooms and make it a kids rooms. The location was perfect and near a lot of shopping centers. It literally felt like we were staying in a magazine! I look forward to staying here next year!!!

Good place, night layout, good value
We enjoyed our stay here. It's a 13 minute walk to the beach with kids on a great path/boardwalk or a 3 min drive to a beach parking area which was fine. Layout is nice, modest privacy from other houses, on a cul-de-sac, rooms had enough space, pool and hot tub were clean and worked great. It's a 5 min drive to the grocery store. The Kees company reps were super friendly and easy to get hold of as we got ready for the trip. Nice grill and patio, the upstairs dinner area with two fridges accommodated our whole group well. The three stories allowed for places to visit as well as places for peace and quiet to study, get work done or have the kids play. Would go back!

The house was stylish, spacious, clean and only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, which provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Kees was also very communicative throughout the process. Overall, we agreed that it was a wonderful vacation and we couldn’t have asked for more!

Great place! House and pool as advertised. Definitely recommend for family or group of 12-16 friends. Walk to the beach is 5-10 minutes, about 3 blocks away. Wagons helped, but were not fun on the steps leading into the beach.

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Kees was very responsive to our inquiries. My family had a great time playing games, good conversation and most of all resting. Even though we were there during the off season, the house was not that far from the beach and the beach was beautiful.

Great place to stay with lots of room!
We stayed at the property over the Thanksgiving holiday with 8 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone! Everyone had a great time. My 89 year old mother also traveled with us and it was a little hard getting her up and down the stairs but other than that everything was perfect.

Great property and amenities, lots of bugs
We had a great time! Check in was easy and the house was exactly as advertised and the pool and hot tub were great. Only suggestion is there were lots of bugs and spiderwebs inside, a thorough cleaning is needed.

Great location and size for an extended family vacation or group trip. Short walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub. For the size of the house the kitchen amenities left a lot to be desired. Not very many plates, bowls, silverware, serving dishes given the house is suitable for 10+. We really enjoyed our stay and found the beds, sheets and everything to be very comfortable, clean and nice.

House was great!

Awesome!
We had arrived a little early to the house and met the housekeepers there. They were so kind and sweet to us letting know how much longer it would be and suggesting restaurants and showing us how to get to the beach. The house was the perfect size and a good location from the beach (about a 10 min walk) I hope to stay here again soon but longer next time!
