The house is spacious, and the rooms are laid out very well. The top floor main bedroom is right off the kitchen and quiet when other guests are on lower levels. So many bathrooms to accommodate a big group. The HVAC system worked really well, and all the appliances were in working order. The neighborhood is very walkable to the Sound. Walking to the beach would be possible, but not advisable, but it's a really short drive to public access. Grocery stores and restaurants are right across the street--walkable if needed.

This was a great stay for the family Thanksgiving get away! The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you possibly could need! Noting to bring but your self. Hot tub was great even in the winter months. Host very responsible and always helpful. I would only suggest some instructions on the TVs maybe add some fire sticks. Otherwise perfect stay! This house is super close to a grocery store and a few other stores in walking distance. Can’t wait to plan next year vacation�

My family and i had a great time. The day we had rain we had a shuffleboard and pool tournament! The pool area was so nice and clean!! Really close to groceries and close to the beach. We will definitely be going back!!

This house is very affordable and clean. There was a lot of space for a group of 9 guys. The parking was pretty good being we brought our hot rod in for the car show. Neighbors we’re all welcoming to the area and very nice. Walking distance to a food lion and a few other stores. I would 100% stay here again.

Pier Pressure delivered as expected and I would strongly consider the same place for our next trip. The proximity to a variety of stores and the beach were perfect. Both easily walkable!

Great communication and quick response to inquiries. Wonderful and peaceful location. Grocery and restaurants within 5 min walk. One of the lightbulbs was out and someone was sent to fix it within 2 hours. The pool and the hot tub were clean; I highly recommend the place.

We loved the place. Plenty of room and the pool/jacuzzi is a bonus. Walking distance to a lot of stores and the beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Only issue that we had was the bracket to the hot tub cover fell off because the screws were loose. But overall a wonderful place.

The house was amazing. Very beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Our children loved it here, they played pool and foosball everyday. Great way to keep the kids busy. Great location. Easy check in. We all loved the hot tub!! The kitchen has basically everything you need to run a family. We would definitely book here again. Was a great vacation

This property is centrally located to all attractions and is in walking distance to the beach. The grocery store right next door was a plus for me. Parking however, was not great. There are only five spaces. Not everyone can carpool so if you have more than five cars, just know they'll have nowhere to park. Unfortunately, two of my guests left because they had nowhere to park.

The home was beautiful. We had a great time. The room situation is perfect for a large group with couples and kids. The only disappointment was the home is on the sound side so you have to walk across the main road to the beach access but it is still only a 6-8 minute walk. Would definitely book again! Thanks!

The house is amazing and you won’t get bored one bit. From the pool table and shuffle board to all the stores and restaurants minutes away. The house is near everything and has everything you want I highly recommend staying here.

As listed! Great place!!! Minutes walk from the beach! Short drive to the fishing pier as well. In the middle of everything: Tanger Outlet about 6min, Walmart/Target about 13min, Food Lion and Outback across the street. Plenty of food options, putt putt and other fun things within minutes. House is amazing and as accurate as the description. Well kept as well. AMAZING!

My family and I loved this house because each floor offered privacy. I also loved how most bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Very convenient to the grocery store, shops, and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Our intention when booking during this pandemic was to stay indoors, as we had no idea what circumstance we would be in when the date neared. We purchased all our food prior to arrival and the property had everything we needed (utensils, Kuerig, cups, pots, non stick pans..etc). Unfortunately, the weather was not as great as we hoped but the house has a gaming room that kept everyone entertained. We brought charcoal and found out that it was a gas grill, so you don't need to buy charcoal. They have the highest sand dunes on the east coast that is 5-7 minutes away. If you want to visit this area, I would suggest buying a sand sled before heading to Outer Banks. There is no store that carries this item, so plan ahead. The location is conveniently located near the grocery store and other stores (Duck Donuts) if you ever need anything. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and hope to return sometime in the future.

The house is located in the heart of everything: Food Lion, Outlet Mall, there’re Seafood Market.... and just 2-3 minutes drive from the beach. This is a great place for family reunion, vacation. Our kids love the pool and game room so much. The kitchen- dining room space unit is a great space for all adults gathering to eat and have fun talking. Kees is a great host. During our driving to explore the area. We’re talking about seafood and wondering if we could buy some whole fishes, shrimp or crabs to take home as a gift for family and friends, and I just texted Kees, he responded within a couple minutes.
