We had a wonderful stay! Communication with Kees was great. Whenever I had a question they always answered in a timely fashion. The location is perfect! We were walkable distance to the beach or pool. Many great restaurants nearby as well. The place was very clean. Be mindful though, if you have members in your party who have health limitations or toddlers as there are two flights of stairs to climb.

for a 3 day stay, it was accommodating. Although not an abundance of toiletries/appliances, there is enough to get you through. the beautiful sunrise as well as the easy access to the pool and beach were great. There are also beach supplies and a grill to make the stay even better.

This was our first time to the Outer Banks and we wanted a place that was centrally located with easy access to the beach. This place was perfect! The beach is just a short walk across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to check out as well. The townhouse was very clean with comfortable beds. We loved that we had access to the garage which made a convenient place to load the car when it was raining. The garage also had a hose to rinse off sand toys/boogie boards after a day at the beach. All in all, we had a great experience with this townhouse and would absolutely stay again!

Our family of four (mom, dad, 15 and 9 year old) had a great time. Five minute walk to the beach, thirty minutes to Bodie Lighthouse, short drive to the Wright Brothers memorial. We brought groceries for breakfast and usually ordered out for supper including using the papa John’s located adjacent to the property.
Easy check-in and the garage helped a lot while loading the car during a rainstorm. There were beach chairs, bicycles and beach toys and a grill in our unit that we weren’t expecting so we had brought our own but we’ll know next time.
The house was spotless and worth every penny! We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean as well as the property you can tell it’s well maintained. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall we were very happy with the place. We had access to the community pool where our kids made new friends and we met nice people. It was a very easy walk to the beach, though crossing the street with kids in tow you need to be very careful as it is a busy street and not everyone goes the speed limit or follows the crosswalk laws - granted this would be anywhere you stay. We had everything we needed from pots and pans to toaster, towels and more. We did have a cockroach scurrying about in a bedroom on checkin day - I'm guessing he came in from someone who left a door open. We only found the one, Kees was responsive about the issue when we reported but simply just apologized. Overall we were happy and would stay there again.

OBX is a great destination any time of year. Lots to do and see. This condo was centrally located making it easy to get around. It’s also just a few steps away and you’re hopping the dunes and on the beach. It’s freshly decorated and was very clean. The owner called to check on us and chatted for a bit. Really cool to see their commitment to their guest’s experience. Kees was also a very positive host. We’d easily recommend this home for your stay at OBX. If you’re down over the 4th of July, make sure to go to Jockey’s Ridge at night to watch the fireworks.

Excellent! Very clean, nice place. Loved having a garage and washer and dryer right there. Plenty of dishes, small appliances and pots, pans, etc.. we had a problem with the AC not working and they sent someone out on a Sunday afternoon to fix it! We thought for sure it wouldn’t be until Monday morning. I was so impressed! A lot of people mentioned the steep stairs. I don’t think they are actually that steep, they just appear that way because of the dark wood and the white . My mom has bad knees and didn’t have any more trouble with them than regular steps. The pool and hot tub are great and convenient and the people working there are great too. Lots of pool noodles and goggles and toys for the pool my daughter really enjoyed. Nice big closets and a huge pantry so we didn’t have to leave all our stuff out all week. All the furniture is comfortable and the 2 decks are really nice. Would definitely stay here again. Just make sure you bring cleaning supplies like kitchen spray or wipes for the table and counters and some extra toilet paper. Paper towels, hand towels and bath towels. They are up front about all of that, but we forgot some of it.

We had a wonderful week in the Outer Banks. This condo was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The remodeled interior was very nice, and we really appreciated the garage space for offloading from the beach and showering before entering the living space. The view from the deck was also a highlight of the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Stairs were steep so could be a tricky property for small kids or those with mobility challenges. We had no issues though.

Beautiful, comfy, townhome in a great location and even with a garage! The stairs are a little steep but everything is newly remodeled with a wonderful kitchen, bathrooms, decks with nice furniture and hammock swing. Can only grill in the driveway and not on the decks which isn't ideal. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:
Stairs were a bit challenging bringing heavy items in and out as for we are older.
Would definitely recommend to people and would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing place and so conveniently located. Walking distance to the beach and so close to the main road with all the places to eat and see, literally a minute or two away. It was very private even with neighbors on both sides (hardly noticed they were there). Would definitely recommend!

Beach Haven is a thoughtfully renovated and decorated townhouse that was practically new when we went in Dec 2021. The home is welcoming and is a great place for a small family to stay. The access to the beach is very close, and local restaurants are within a short walk. Would recommend a stay here!

Beautiful townhouse & garage too! Decorated nicely & very clean and comfortable! Comfortable bed & excellent kitchen with complimentary Keurig coffee!
Easy walk to beach, and had wagon for all of our beach stuff which made it easier. Pool nice & hot tub too!
Great place & tasty local seafood restaurant easy to walk to which was nice! Really enjoyed our stay! Good location!

The Beach Haven is a great place to stay in Kitty Hawk. The inside looks great. Great and easy access to the beach. The pool is a great place to cool off. Everything you could want is inside of this unit. Would stay here again.

This unit was centrally located near Black Pelican restaurant and Holy Redeemer Church (a wonderful community) with easy access to the beach which is about a 5-minute walk. The unit has everything you would need to prepare meals and the kitchen is open into the dining area and living room. Furnishings are comfortable and the home decor is calm and relaxing with ocean views from the living room and master bedroom.
Bedrooms are conveniently located up the first flight of stairs which makes bringing in luggage to the home relatively easy. The living space of kitchen, dining area and living room are up the second flight of stairs which allow for those nice ocean views.
The neighborhood is quiet and good for walking. The pool had not opened during our visit and we did not use the community building.
