K0720 Balcony Beach at Sea Oats Villas

This property is in the perfect location. Right out to the balcony and it is beautiful, ocean view, sat there all day and called in deliveries, it was glorious. Close to all the wonderful things you want to see and do as well as great places to eat (and have delivered) The b&b was clean and had a nice beachie atmosphere, beds were comfortable and the lift for the luggage was very helpful.

Good communication leading up to our stay . We checked in the condo on time and honestly it was much nicer than we expected for the price point . The place was clean , well stocked , had a beautiful view , and the building overall was very quiet . The building has no elevator but the cargo lift made it very easy to get all our stuff to the 3rd floor . We would definitely stay again or recommend this place to anyone .

Sea Oats is in the heart of KDH and we were able to bike or walk to restaurants and shops. The condo has a really nice view of the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, both bedrooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of clean towels. BONUS: an unexpected luggage lift, which came in very handy since we were on the 3rd floor. We would stay here again.

Loved this rental!!! The views were to die for. We loved having our cup of coffee on the balcony every morning over looking the beach. Private pool and walk out to the beach was great. Condo was clean and as expected. 10/10 definitely staying here again!!

Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect place for a mother/daughter getaway weekend. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (not that we did a lot of cooking). Our only difficulty was accessing the door but a quick call to the office and we were good to go.

This was a very nice place to stay. Please note, though, there is no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor. However there is a luggage elevator which really helped a lot with getting our things upstairs.

The Beach Balcony condo was a nice upper floor corner unit with a view of the ocean. The condo was clean and modern and well-suited for a couple of a couple with no more than 2 small children. We used the kitchen for breakfasts daily and a couple of evening meals - it was well-stocked and all appliances were in good condition. I recommend this condo. I did not have very much interaction with Kees Vacation Rentals, but when I did, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay!
We just got home from our 8 day stay, and we were very very pleased! Plenty of room for 3 adults and a child, and it was well-maintained and newly updated! The location was so close to the beach, the property and pool were quiet, and the view was spectacular! We have stayed at Sea Oats before, and it was nice to see the new luggage lift installation for all of our luggage and large grocery hauls! The condo was cozy to come back to after a long day at the beach! Everything involving our stay was flawless and we are looking forward to staying next year!

We just returned home after a weeklong stay at Sea Oats. The trip couldn’t have gone better and we loved it! Check in was a breeze-the simple keyless entry was much appreciated after a long trip, when you just want to sit on something soft and not in a moving car. The condo is smaller, but it was clean and well maintained. We’re a family a 4 and it was just fine for the week. There’s normal wear and tear, as one finds with popular accommodations, but nothing outrageous. The views could not be beat-being literally 50 feet from the ocean is a dream come true when you have an ocean obsessed family like ours. My kiddos enjoyed the bunk beds and having a TV in the room, and we appreciated the streaming services set up on the TVs. The balcony ended up being my favorite spot-just to sit and listen to the waves without a care in the world is exactly what OBX is about for us. Any encounters we had with either KEES or maintenance was pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean (but cold) and basic, and it’s a very quiet property overall. The location to restaurants and shopping was wonderful as well. Overall, we had an amazing trip filled with wonderful memories, and hope to return to Sea Oats next year!

The only issue with this property is the lack of an elevator in the building…. The steps would be a problem for folks with medical issues. Other than that the property was very nice and had a great view of the beach/ocean. I would stay here again for sure.

The condo was perfect for our family! The kids loved the bunk beds (and the TV in the room)! There was a nice assortment of beach accessories, games, toys, and books to supplement what we brought with us. And, unlike many other beach properties we have stayed in, the kitchen was well stocked with all the gear we needed to cook at home.

Great location and decent price. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, super nice kitchen and everything you need to cook meals there if you choose to. The steps to get up to the unit can be pretty intense if you are not in great shape so be prepared. But after a day full of fried seafood it’s kinda nice to work some of it off! Also, I think from the balcony picture it makes it look like this is a corner unit which is it not. But the balcony sticks out so it’s still a gorgeous ocean view! Also, the bunk bed is super easy to get into for adults which is nice.

This unit has an amazing location and location is everything. The beach access and pool were great. As other reviewers mentioned there are many steps up to the unit but this did not diminish the appeal of this unit. View is breathtaking.

Wonderful views and all the necessities of home! Great having a place to cook and relax, especially since the restaurants were so busy. Spent a day in Corolla and went on a horse tour, spent another day on the south end touring lighthouses. Definitely worth the drive to Hatteras! Three lighthouses in one vacation!

Great apartment with wonderful views of the beach and surf. We were able to hear the sound of the surf as we slept in the front bedroom. Comfortable space for three adults. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals in. Very relaxing stay at the beach.

Location is outstanding and the view is great on the corner balcony and through the large window. We had an off season stay so building and beach were quiet. Plenty of space to spread out on the beach. Very close to a new and nice Publix (and unit has a well-appointed kitchen) plus several great restaurant carry-out options nearby.

Lovely OBX Condo!
This was a great place for our family of four. We loved being close to the beach and also having access to the pool. The condo had everything we needed, except for laundry, which was located on the ground floor.

The obx is the most relaxing vacation ever. Staying on the beach is the way to go . We came down from pa and I must say that the hospitality of North Carolina is amazing people are so nice . We even threw the idea around about moving down there . We will be back next year and for years to come
