Wunderschön! Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte und die Bäder waren modern. Der Balkon und die Aussicht waren unser Highlight! Shops, Restaurants, Eisdielen und andere tolle Sachen in direkter Umgebung. Auf Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet und der Check-In war sehr einfach. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Better than I even expected! The location was easy to find and not to mention right on the beach with a private walkway and pool. I loved how the walkway led out to a much less crowded area of the beach. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. We’re big cooks and the only thing we had to buy was spices! They did a great job making everything comfortable and feel like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Absolutely recommend.

Beach front, excellent views. The walk to the beach was a little strenuous, stairs were a lot to climb. Overall very cozy, beautiful and extremely clean.

Clean unit with a personalized decoration touch from the owners, which makes the place friendly. Great view and directly on the beach. I definitively recommand this place.

The condo was just as described and pictured on your website. It was very clean and well decorated. We loved the beach front balcony. Perfect for coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise. My kids loved the pool. We had a great stay! I would not recommend this particular unit if you can't climb stairs, since it is on the top floor of the building, but that was not a problem for my family.

Our family of 3 adults thoroughly enjoyed this lovely, immaculate, comfortable condo. Having the top floor corner unit with its balcony open front & side, which gave an excellent view of the ocean, dolphins, pelicans & sunrises, as well as the night sky, was worth every trip up & down 4 flights of stairs! Great exercise.🙂 We experienced sunshine as well as heavy rain and recommend bringing an extra pair of flipflops in case the balcony deck gets wet from rain. The kitchen is well equipped, and even has both drip & Kcup coffee makers. Don't forget your own spices if youre planning on cooking, though there are wonderful, small local places with delicious food bery close by. We definitely recommend bringing your extra cozy throw for hanging out in the living room or on the balcony, as the cross breeze from being in the end unit is fabulous & can be cool. We also brought our own folding camp chairs which were nice to use on the deck if the outside furniture gets wet. This building is wonderfully situated right behind the shore dune, with a direct path onto the beach for walking, beach-combing, swimming, surfing, etc. There is a small outdoor pool, 5 ft deep that looks nice, though we were there before it was open. We hope other guests get to meet Troy, who takes care of maintaining the Admiral III property and is a local! He was so kind, helpful & pleasant, and gave us fabulous suggestions for local places to eat and sites to visit. His suggestions were always spot-on. This condo is also less than a mile & a half from the Nags Head Woods which is an amazingly biodiverse Nature Conservancy Preserve with great family-friendly & ADA-friendly trails for easy to moderate walks/hikes. The Kees staff were very pleasantly responsive.

This place was really clean and really close to the beach! I mostly slept and showered here because I had friends staying at a another place close by- but it was perfect for what I needed it for. Shower pressure was great, and the bed was comfortable! I didn't mind walking up all the stairs, however its a lot to carry a bunch of stuff up and down in the heat.

My husband and I had a great stay at All Happy Ours at Admirals View III. The location is perfect; it's walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. The decor is stylish and up-to-date, and the condo is clean. The oceanfront view is amazing in the morning. I had coffee on the balcony every morning! Wonderful stay! Thanks again!
