lovely visit
Beautiful view of the ocean. Blissfully quiet in the off-season. Plenty of parking. Just a little confusing to figure out which condo was ours at first because the numbers were only on the doors, not anywhere on the exterior of the building.

The beds and pillows in this unit were exceptionally comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit for a vacation stay for a couple, and I would stay in it again hands down. Great view of the Wright Memorial off of the back deck. Five stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cozy, comfortable stay. The hosting company was very responsive and proactive with any info and recommendations we would need. The place was clean, adequately equipped and in a great location. The entrance is a little difficult to spot at first (could use a lit or more visible sign or reflector), but the brightly colored inn across the street helped me locate it each time we returned from our outings. The weather was pretty windy and chilly, so when we weren't out exploring - we were nestled up watching the waves from the comforts of the condo. We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend/stay here again!

Views of ocean are exceptional. The Unit has basic everything plus more than is needed. The parking lot for hotel next door and the Beach Access wasn?t to noisy in April but one might assume that?s going to change once Summer arrives. I don?t prefer crowds so I would definitely rent this unit again October to Memorial Day.

My family had a wonderful stay at Ocean Vista at Sand Castle Village! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach! The listing and photos was exactly how everything looked. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and it was very clean. There was no clutter in the condo and the linens/towels were spotless. Condo also had adjustable AC, this was great! I highly recommend Kees Vacations and this wonderful condo!

Our stay at Sand Castle was great. Beautiful ocean view and close to good restaurants and things to do. Check in was seamless with the keypad. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal or grill outside. We didn't find the bed to be very comfortable but that's personal preference. It is on the top floor of the complex so you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs but it helped burn off the calories from all the delicious food we ate. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here and the views are incredible!! Bring your binoculars to watch the pods of dolphins at dawn and dusk. The place is spotless, very nice new counters, floors and appliances. Comfy furniture with lots of seating options, and several decks so you can always sit in the sun or shade. It's the top floor so the view is stellar and no one stomping over you. It's up three flights of stairs so be prepared for that, but it's great for working off all the seafood.
The location is great, right on the beach, a few blocks from the Wright Memorial (really cool for all ages) and lots of restaurants, shops, putt putt etc all around. It's in a really beautiful wooden building, with spiral staircases up the back and decks wrapped all around, a very unique setting and reminiscent of an old ship.

The place is great for family with 2 kids. The beach is right there in the back of the condo. The view is amazing and location is great. The only downside are 3 flight of stairs up to the unit. However I needed the exercise so no big deal. Great value for what you get. We have been there twice now and may come back again. Highly recommended.

Great location! Condo was clean and as advertised. Can watch the sunrise and sunset from the 2 different decks! Beds were comfortable. Space in bedrooms a little tight with furniture but didn’t spend much time in there. Living room furniture could use updating but sufficient. Kees very responsive to the one request we had. I’d stay here again!

Boys weekend fishing trip
This is a very nice place. The beach is 100 yards away, maybe less. The layout of the unit and furnishings are very comfortable. 3 Tvs make nights and rainy days easier. But my favorite feature is the view of the Wright Brothers monument at sundown. WOW!

Relaxing Weekend in Kill Devil Hills, NC
We enjoyed a great weekend at this condo in the Outer Banks, North Carolina. We rented the top floor unit -- great views of the beach and also the Wright Memorial. The unit was nicely decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils/plates/etc., the beds were comfy and we appreciated that linens/towels were provided. Note -- there are a lot of steps (50+) which might be hard for some folks to navigate. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.
