Great place with lots to do in the area! The house was lovely and all amenities were amazing! Was great for our family with two toddlers and clearly versatile enough for groups without kids as well. Would absolutely visit again!

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, and thoughtfully appointed everything was. The house is perfect for families — plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out, with comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze.
One of the best features of this property is its location. It’s just a short drive to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth for beach days. There are also tons of fun activities nearby — from mini golf to great restaurants, and ice cream shops.
The neighborhood amenities took this trip to the next level. We loved having access to the community gym and pool.

Incredible house. Very well maintained. Community was nice. My kids were unnerved by multiple signs about venomous snakes in the area, but we did not see anything to be concerned about.

Colin's Cabin was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Devonshire Place was in a nice location off the main road but only a mile from the beach. The resort pool was small but the kids really enjoyed their time there with the waterslide. Would definitely recommend the Cabin and we would use Kee's Rentals again.

Beautiful vacation home! Easy walk to pool. Safe area. 3 bedrooms on top floor each having their own private bathroom. Quiet and restful. I enjoyed the infrequent fly over of small planes from the Wright Brothers airfield. Good memories.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great amenities. Awesome location. Lots of stairs based on layout... which also adds privacy for perhaps three guests provided with three private bathrooms. Outdoor space was well provisioned.

I would highly recommend staying at one of their properties. They managed everything well. I also thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Colin's Canin. It definitely was cozy and in a great location.

Great place for our family and great location! The community pool and splash pad were a hit with our kids. The public beach access is less than 5 minutes away with easy parking. The host was very responsive and helped with any issues. The place was very clean. The kitchen has everything, even gadgets we didn’t know we needed! Highly recommend. We’ll be staying here when we visit OBX again!

Great condo!
Very comfortable and roomy -- easily room for our three couples to spread out and also gather when we wanted to. Convenient to all OBX attractions and beaches. Newer and well appointed space. Wonderful experience. Only one (extremely nit-picking) suggestion. Full-size coffee mugs would be great!

Wish we had more time...
Colin's Cabin was awesome for our group of four! The beds were comfy the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. We loved the outdoor seating on the screen porch and the outdoor shower. The property was very clean and felt brand new. Kees Property Management was great both times we called for assistance. I would definitely come back here for another stay and spend more than 3 days next time!
