Beautiful, clean rental place. A short drive to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. We loved that the pool was a short walk from the house. Management was easy to contact and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely rent again

Very Happy with the Green Crab! Clean, spacious and *the backyard, while small was indeed fenced in*. The community pool was perfect for not having to drag kids to the beach everyday

We had a very memorable stay here over Memorial Day holiday...our family especially enjoyed the pool/splashpad and clubhouse amenities (pool table, volleyball, beanbag toss). The home was very clean and cozy (and we would have definitely used the backyard grill if we had more time!). We walked easily to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, and overall the location was very convenient - within 20 minutes of several attractions we visited and the boat trips we took and beach access very close as well. Highly recommend !

Perfectly located for a family to explore and have fun. Location was great. House was well appointed and extremely clean. Had everything you need to cook a meal. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Lots of TVs to keep everyone occupied when not out and about. Very nice Airbnb

The Green Crab at Devonshire Place was such a cute place to stay! It had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. The place was clean and beautiful! Kids loved the clubhouse with the water slide and always plenty of seating. Location was great, very close to food shopping, plenty of stores, restaurants and mini golf. Quick drive to the beach with plenty of parking! Highly recommend and will be coming back again!

Three generations and dog…spacious and comfortable
Four adults, two children and a dog. Numerous areas in the home to gather for conversation and/or games, plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces, well equipped kitchen, exceptionally clean home, easy to use internets, televisions, and temperature controls. Gated, fully fenced backyard made traveling with a dog easy. Even the location was convenient to our activities. Highly recommend The Green Crab to all.

Great host! Clean, doggy bed was a plus! Outdoor patio with string lighting was great for nightly entertainment after a day at the beach. Awesome location! We are looking forward to returning next year!

This was a great place to left of Wright Brother memorial on the sound side. Less than 5 minutes to Publix. Beach access at life guard station and less than a short drive to all things popular at the beach and food restaurants. Host checked in on us almost daily via the Air B and B app.

We all enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable stay for 6 adults and an upper bunk and couch still available

Community pool is awesome and within walking distance with small kids—they even allow adult beverages.
Love that it’s pet friendly, very clean and quiet—responsive communication, plenty of towels.
I stayed 4 night with four kids and four adults with two cars. There was plenty of cooking and kitchen supplies. As expected…Just needed to restock (limited supply) on garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent —and k-cups.
There is a garage and driveway to park your car. I fit a Jeep Wrangler in the garage and a mini van in the driveway. Parking is tight and that’s all the parking that is available. There is no curbside parking and the other spaces are assigned to the other units.
AC works great, ceiling fans work well too.
There are lots of nearby facilities and the ocean is a short 2 min drive.
You must go H2OBX water park (20 min away).
The Wright Brothers National Memorial is 2-min away and $10 per adult and children are free. If you’re a veteran… you and three guests are free!
There is no outdoor garbage receptacles. Had to use community dumpster (no recycling containers either).
No TVs in the bedrooms.
There are two TVs in the shared living spaces.

Great place to stay, especially with the flexibility of not having to stay a whole week. The Green Crab townhouse was in a lovely neighborhood and super close to the pool. Kids loved the pool. The beach was close as well. There is a walking path in the neighborhood which is always helpful with pets. Great stay for our party of 6, girls weekend. Thank you.
