This amenity-packed home is located in the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the cheerful Bermuda Bay community.
The third level of Warm Waters Oasis is where the charming three En Suites are located. There is a King bedroom, a Queen and a Full bedroom, all with their own private bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer on this level.
The second level is where most of your time will be spent with the kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything the chef of the group needs to whip up amazing meals! The cozy living room has a bar area with a wine fridge - a convenient feature. From the kitchen, you can also access the sunroom. Sit in the sunroom while sipping a beverage of your choice and relax with a good book or just take in the atmosphere.
The first level has the game room with a foosball table, a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom and the garage. Slide open the glass doors in the game room and walk outside to enjoy a dip in the hot tub. Or get grilling on the gas grill, perfect for those summer night barbeques!
Your family will love the exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort. The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests.
Guests are permitted access to the garage.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time
Check-Out is 10am.

Great house in a central location for the outer banks. Would stay there again. Kids enjoyed the playroom downstairs and hot tub outside. The grill was a great bonus to eat there instead of going out for dinner.

Warm Waters Oasis was a fantastic house - it was extremely clean, well decorated, and well equipped. We had cold, windy weather during our trip and were so appreciative of having the all seasons room! One thing to note is that parking is VERY tight - we had a minivan & a pickup and were only able to park both at the house of the minivan was in the garage. This property will not disappoint! It is warm, welcoming, and family friendly. While perfect for a couple's get away it's also great for a girl's/boy's trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Warm Waters Oasis. It is a beautiful well kept property that easily fit a family of 5, with room to fit more. Just minutes from the beach and a short walk from the pool area, it's in an ideal location. Whether enjoying nearby attractions or just hanging out around the house, the Warm Water's Oasis provided the perfect home away from home for our vacation. My family enjoyed this home the house is decorated beautiful we couldn’t have asked for a better stay we visit the outer banks often and this will definitely be on our to stay again list! The water park/ lazy river was the perfect spot on the hot days to keep cool my 2 boys loved it!
