The house was perfect, the ice maker was broken but we got a prompt reply and quick fix from management. the pool is great if you go later in the day bc less crowded. Nice also since the teens could use tubes/floats in the lazy river. The house hot tub was a great bonus! Just a tip - the basement is big and could fit a Foozeball table or similar;) Thank you!!

Kees is the ONLY place we book our Outer Banks vacations. When I book with them, I know I'm getting a beautiful vacation rental that is well appointed and impeccably clean, and their FlexStay policy helps our family plan a getaway on even the shortest notice. Plus contactless check in means we can get straight to vacay mode. I can't recommend Kees enough!

This is a very nice modern facility. It is clean and quiet. It is in a very convenient location for restaurants and other activities. I did have a learning curve navigating my wife's wheel chair. It has 5 bath rooms; I wish one or two of them had grab bars.

We loved staying here. The location is great and central to anything you need. Lots of restaurants takeout areas close by. The elevator was really convenient for packing/unpacking. The houses are close together in the neighbor and even though all the houses appeared occupied, this house is really solid and we did not hear any outside noise at all during our entire stay. Plenty of room for us and lots of areas to hang out in. The rooms and closets are nice and big. They have an XBOX which I didn’t notice from the pictures, so bring your own games if that is something you are interested in. The hot tub was wonderful and love that it is covered in case of raining. The screened in balcony and the fenced in side yard were great to eat meals at. Parking is a little limited especially if you have a truck. Checkin was super easy and host was very responsive and checks in early on to see how your trip is going. We visit the OBX often and will definitely stay here again.

Great spot! Our kids are grown but this well- equipped home would be great for 1 larger family or two smaller ones. The property managers are pros and communicated promptly to help us solve a minor inconvenience. Close to the beach and even closer to the Wright Brothers National Monument.

Everything about the location was great. The hot tub was relaxing and the house’s aesthetics were amazing. Although, the construction next door made it difficult to sleep in or use the hot tub during the day. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Exceeded our expectations. Best AirBnB I have rented. Very clean nice and spacious. Even had a private kids bathroom. Beach equipment and bikes were a nice touch. Great value

My husband, his brother, brother’s wife and I booked this home for four nights. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended three more days.
The home was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The living area was relaxing and cozy with plenty of room for the four of us to stretch out and watch TV, read and play games. The kitchen had enough cooking utensils, dishes etc. to prepare meals. You will need to bring spices if you need more then salt and pepper. The beds were very comfortable and they provided extra pillows and blankets if needed.
The home has a large hot tub we used each day. It is cover by a sturdy canvas canopy and surround. Since the temperatures were in the 30s and 40s during our stay it was a great way to block the wind and rain while enjoying the hot tub.
We had a concern at check-in. When we contacted Kees they responded quickly and worked to try and rectify the concern. When the problem took longer than expected to fix, the owner reached out to us personally. These extra touches were greatly appreciated.
Do not hesitate to rent this property. We will defiantly return on our next visit to the OBX.

3 Bedrooms, 3 floors, Perfect for 3 Generations.
This home was great for me as I brought together my aging mother and young daughter ! The elevator gave the autonomy for my mother to move about with my daughter as I worked from the space with privacy.
The screened in porch is super cozy facing the quiet neighborhood. The home is set up for everyone to have their space and the backyard has a privacy hot tub was great for a rainy weekend. The grill is covered and easy access to the game room for entertaining all year.
The weather didn't stop with this home!
A quick straight shot to the beach access and just up the street from anything you would need. So we were able to stay safe in COVID and still enjoy our time away from home. Thanks to The Grand Haven!

This place is beautiful and laid out very nicely. The elevator is a nice treat when trying to transport luggage to the 3rd floor. The hot tub is very nice and private. Located in a safe and quiet community. Any issues were handled immediately by Kee's. It made for a very nice and relaxing mini vacation. I would definitely stay again.

Great home for a family get away. Walked to the pool, used the hot tub and drove the short distance to the beach each day. Home was stocked with bikes, boogie boards and other things to feel right at home. Home was very updated and clean and as promised. Small issue with cable when we arrived which was remedied quickly once we were able to get through to Kees. Will be back.

House was prefect everything you want in a house near the beach. All the amenities and decoration were such nice touches to the house. The hot tub was great and used everyday. We had a slight issue with the cable but Kees sent a guy the same day and fixed it for us. I wish we got to stay longer but overall trip was great and definitely coming back.

This home is beautifully decorated and is super comfy to spend time in. Location is central to great restaurants and activities. Beach is a mile walk and owners have a beach wagon to help get your things to the beach. Bikes in the garage although the majority are for smaller kids. The pool is an even closer walk than the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked and a nice size to accommodate a large group. Great home away from home.
