Quiet location with easy beach access
The neighborhood is quiet, but it’s a quick drive to public beach access with parking. The house is comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating in the 2 common areas. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but it is very close, a 2-3 minute walk. The back yard is at the 4 way stop at the entrance to the neighborhood, but there still wasn’t too much traffic

Great stay!
We decided to start our OBX vacation early this year and came to the shore Thursday until our Sunday-Sunday rental was available. This was a great start to a nice long family vacation in the Outer Banks!

Amazing place, well located and more spacious than we were expecting!
The splash pad is so much better than the pictures show, there is a pool at the end of it - our kids wanted to go there every day!
Very well located for bike trails/ beaches and weight brothers memorial. Really enjoyed

Larger than appears, which was a nice surprise for two families. Great storage in the garage and room for one minivan (two if you’re not using the garage for storage of bikes, beach gear, etc.). A second car can parallel park in the driveway outside of the garage and they have a dedicated spot for the house around the corner. Fun neighborhood with great pool. We would 100% return!

Excellent all the way around
Purple Palace was a hit for our family. Easy check in, close proximity to the community pool, clean home, garage to store our bikes, private backyard and space to spread out. We will be back!

Upgrades!
We were very pleased with our stay at Bermuda Bay. There are not many houses available for rent on the outer banks that offer shorter stays. This was perfect for a long weekend! We originally booked the house pictured, but when we arrived at the address sent, it was a different house in the same neighborhood. That was fine! The house was bigger, there were more bathrooms, and since it was in the same general location it was close to all the same amenities. I would definitely stay at a KEES property again and I have already recommended them to a friend.
